Claims (1)
- 강판을 용융아연도금하는 단계; 및 상기 강판 표면의 용융아연이 응고하기 직전에 제로스팡글화제를 상기 강판에 분무하여 제로스팡글화하는 단계를 포함하는 제로스팡글 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 제로스팡글화 단계에서, 인산용액에 Ti, Ni 및 Ti(OH)2분말중 선택된 1종을 첨가하여 상기 금속농도를 10-50g/l, 인산이온농도를 1-5중량%, pH를 4-6이 되도록 조성된 제로스팡글화제 인산염계 수용액을 상기 강판에 분사하여 제로스팡글화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 제로스팡글 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
