Abstract

본 발명은 Ti또는 Ni등의 금속 또는 금속염 분말을 용해한 인산염 수용액을 이용하여 스팡글을 미세화함으로써 내식성이 우수한 제로스팡글 용융아연도금강판을 제조하는 방법을 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 강판을 용융아연도금하는 단계; 및 상기 강판 표면의 용융아연이 응고하기 직전에 제로스팡글제를 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 제로 스팡글화 단계에서, 인산용액에 Ti, Ni 및 Ti(OH)2분말중 선택된 1종을 첨가하여 상기 금속농도를 10-50 g/ℓ, 인산이온농도를 1-5중량%, pH를 4-6이 되도록 조성된 제로스팡글화제 인상염제 수용액을 상기 강판에 분사하여 제로스팡글화 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 제로스팡글 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 강판을 용융아연도금하는 단계; 및 상기 강판 표면의 용융아연이 응고하기 직전에 제로스팡글화제를 상기 강판에 분무하여 제로스팡글화하는 단계를 포함하는 제로스팡글 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 제로스팡글화 단계에서, 인산용액에 Ti, Ni 및 Ti(OH)2분말중 선택된 1종을 첨가하여 상기 금속농도를 10-50g/l, 인산이온농도를 1-5중량%, pH를 4-6이 되도록 조성된 제로스팡글화제 인산염계 수용액을 상기 강판에 분사하여 제로스팡글화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 제로스팡글 용융아연도금강판의 제조방법.
