Abstract

본 발명은 특정 DNA서열을 증폭할 수 있는 특성을 이용하여 감자엽권, 감자X, Y 바이러스 및 흑조위축병 바이러스를 특이적으로 검정해낼 수 있는 핵산증식용 프라이며 염기서열 및 이를 이용한 작물의 바이러스 이병 여부의 진단 방법을 제공한다.

핵산증폭용 프라이머를 이용한 바이러스 진단방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 바이러스 핵산의 분리과정을 도식적으로 나타낸 그림이다.
제2도는 작물에서 추출한 즙액을 이용한 바이러스 정밀 측정농도를 결정하기 위한 전기영등 사진이다.
제3도는 본 발명의 바이러스 진단 방법을 도식적으로 나타낸 그림이다.
제4도는 핵산 대량 증폭용 프라이머를 이용한 바이러스 진단결과를 나타내는 전기영동 사진이다.
