본 발명은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리에틸렌 나프탈렌이트를 적정 비율로 혼합하여 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하는 방법 및 이에 따라 제조된 전기절연용 필름에 관한 것이다. 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트에 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트를 혼합하여 용융압출 시트상태로 성형한 후 이축연신하여 이축배향된 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하는데 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트에 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트를 다음 식을 만족하는 범위에서 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름의 제조방법에 의하면, 내열성 및 기계적 특성이 우수하고 저분자량체 함량이 저하된 전기절연용 폴리에스테르 필름을 얻을수 있다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a polyester film by mixing polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene naphthalate in an appropriate ratio, and to a film for electrical insulation produced accordingly.
