Claims (7)
- 방향족 디카르복실산의 글리콜에스테르 및/또는 이들의 저분자량 축합물을 중축합촉매 존재하에서 반응중 생성되는 글리콜을 제거하면서 중축합하여 선형의 고분자량의 폴리에스테르를 제조함에 있어서, 안티몬화합물과 다음 구조식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 에스테르화한 트리멜리트산염과의 반응으로부터 얻어지는 예조 안티몬화합물을 중축합촉매로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.상기 식에서 M+는 알칼리금속 또는 암모늄, M++는 알칼리토금속, R은 탄소수 1∼18의 알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안티몬화합물은 할로겐화 안티몬, 안티몬카르복실산염, 또는 안티몬알콕사이드임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르화한 트리멜리트산염은 트리멜리트산무수물과 글리콜을 반응시킨 후 연속해서 유기아민염기, 알칼리 또는 알칼리토금속의 금속수산화물 염기를 처리하여 얻은 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화 안티몬은 삼염화안티몬 또는 삼브롬화안티몬임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 글리콜은 탄소원자수 2∼18개의 글리콜 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 트리멜리트산무수물 1몰에 대하여 안티몬화합물을 0.25∼1몰비로 반응시켜서 예조 안티몬화합물을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예조 안티몬화합물을 촉매로 사용함에 있어서 최종적으로 얻어지는 폴리에스테르에 대하여 안티몬금속함량이 80∼1,010ppm이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
