Abstract

본 발명은 희토류 본드자석의 표면에 내식성 및 방청성을 부여하기 위하여 균일한 코팅층을 갖도록 하는 희토류 본드자석의 표면처리방법에 관한 것으로, 이러한 일반 전착도장의 처리공정은 통상 「탈지-수세-표면조정-인산염 피막처리-수세-건조-전착-수세-소부건조」의 순으로 진행되며, 특히 표면조정과 인산염 피막처리는 금속표면과 도막과의 결합력을 증진시켜 도막의 방청성을 향상시키는 공정으로 일반 전착도장공정에서는 필수적이라 할 수 있는데, 상기의 표면조정이 금속표면을 화학적으로 처리하여 인산염 피막이 용이하게 형성될 수 있도록 하고, 인산염 피막처리 로 금속표면과 인산염의 화학반응에 의하여 금속표면에 인산염 피막을 형성시켜 도료의 밀착성을 증가시키는 공정이나, 이들 공정으로 인해 도막 외관상태와 염수분무시험에 의한 방청성 평가시 도막의 특성이 균일하지 못하고, 제품에 따라 도막 외관상태가 불균일하거나 염부분무 시험시 발청이나 도막의 부풀음 현상이 나타나는 문제점이 있어, 본 발명에서는 위에서 언급한 본드자석의 특성을 고려하여 표면조정과 인산염 피막처리 공정을 생략하고 바로 전착공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

  1. 회토류 본드자석의 표면처리방법으로 전착도장을 적용함에 있어서, 표면조정과 인산염피막처리 공정을 생략하고 바로 전착공정을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회토류 본드자석의 표면처리방법.
