Claims (4)
- 압출기의 패리슨 공급장치로부터 고정금형과 가동금형과의 결합에 의해 형성된 캐비티내에 공급된 패리슨 내부로 블로우핀의 하강과 동시에 압축공기가 수초간 취입됨에 따라 패리슨이 팽창되면서 캐비티의 형상에 대응하는 포장용 용기 및 공기유입구를 성형하도록 구성된 공기유입구를 구비한 액체포장용 용기의 성형제조장치에 있어서, 상기 블로우핀(6)은 그 중앙에 동축적으로 형성된 에어노즐구멍(6a)과, 하부의 외측 둘레에는 평면으로 절삭된 평탄면(6b)과, 상기 평탄면(6b)이 끝나는 부분에 형성된 단차면(6c)을 구비한 을 특징으로 하는 액체포장용 용기의 성형제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블로우핀(6)의 평탄면(6b)은 상기 공기유입구(13)의 선단(13a)과의 간격(K)이 0.3 내지 0.4㎜로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기유입구를 구비한 액체포장용 용기의 성형제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블로우핀(6)의 단차면(6c)은 상기 공기유입구(13)의 선단(13a)과의 간격(R)이 적어도 3.5㎜로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기유입구를 구비한 액체포장용 용기의 성형제조장치.
- 압출기의 패리슨 공급장치로부터 고정금형과 가동금형과의 결합에 의해 형성된 캐비티내에 공급된 패리슨 내부로 블로우핀의 하강과 동시에 압축공기가 수초간 취입됨에 따라 패리슨이 팽창되면서 캐비티의 형상에 대응하는 포장용 용기 및 공기유입구를 성형하도록 구성된 공기유입구를 구비한 액체포장용 용기의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 고정금형(1)과 가동금형(2)과의 결합에 의해 형성된 캐비티 내부로 공급되는 패리슨의 수지온도를 210 내지 220℃로 하고, 이 래피슨은 상기 블로우핀(6)의 에어노즐구멍(6a)을 통해 수초간 취입되는 5 내지 6kg/㎠ 압력의 압축공기에 의해서 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기유입구를 구비한 액체포장용 용기의 제조방법.
