Abstract
본 발명은 자동차엔진에서 크랭크축의 구동기어와 밸런스축의 피동기어 사이에 헝성되는 백래시(back lash)로 인하여 발생되는 기어소음을 저감시키기 위한 것으로, 구동기어(21)가 체결된 크랭크축(20)이 장착되는 실린더블록(10)과, 이 실린더블록(10)에 장착된 크랭크축(20)의 구동기어(21)에 치합되도록 피동기어(41)가 체결된 밸런스축(40)이 장착되는 밸런서하우징(30)과, 이 밸런서하우징(30)을 소정의 간격만큼 이송가능하게 실린더블록(10)에 체결시켜 크랭크축(20)의 구동기어(21)의 밸런스축(40)의 피동기어(41) 사이에 헝성되는 백래시(back lash)를 조정하도록 하는 백래시조정부(50)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차엔진의 밸런스축 기어소음 저감장치이다.The present invention is to reduce the gear noise generated by the backlash formed between the drive gear of the crankshaft and the driven gear of the balance shaft in the automobile engine, the crankshaft 20 to which the drive gear 21 is fastened Balancer housing to which the cylinder block 10 to be mounted and the balance shaft 40 to which the driven gear 41 is fastened to be engaged with the drive gear 21 of the crankshaft 20 mounted to the cylinder block 10 are mounted.
