Abstract
본 발명은 세탁기의 탈수조 제동장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 기구적 브레이크를 사용함으로써 그 레이크 마모에 의해 제동력이 세탁기의 사용수명에 따라 점차 감소하므로써 신뢰성이 감소하고, 브레이크구조를 내장하고 있는 클러치의 구조가 복잡해져서 재료비와 제조원가가 상승하는 문제점등이 있었다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. In the related art, by using a mechanical brake, the braking force gradually decreases according to the service life of the washing machine due to its rake wear. The complicated structure of the clutch has caused problems such as an increase in material cost and manufacturing cost.
따라서 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명은 탈수시 세탁기의 뚜껑을 열어 제동을 걸었을때 그때의 모터속도와 모터에 흐르는 전류를 감지하여 회생제동 및 역상제동방법으로 제동하여 제동시간을 짧게 유지하면서, 클러치를 사용하지 않아 원가상승을 방지하고, 세탁기의 안전성을 유지하도록 한다.Therefore, in order to solve the conventional problems, the present invention senses the motor speed and current flowing in the motor when braking by opening the lid of the washing machine during dehydration while braking by regenerative braking and reverse braking, while maintaining a brief braking time.
