Claims (36)
- 이트륨-함유 촉매 및 크롬-함유 촉매로 구성된, 알파-올레핀의 중합을 위한 촉매계로서, 이때 상기 이트륨-함유 촉매는 식(Cp2YXx)y·M2Ln으로 표현되며 상기 식에서 Cp는 시클로펜타디에닐, 또는 알킬 또는 알킬 실릴 라디칼로 치환된 시클로펜타디에닐이고, X는 할로겐이고, M은 알칼리 금속이고,L은 적합한 전자 주게 리간드이고, x는 1 또는 2이고, y는 1 또는 2이고, z는 0 또는 1이며, n은 안정한 복합체를 형성하기 위해 필요한 값에 상응하는 수인데, 단 y가 2일때 z및 n은 0인 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치환 시클로펜타디에닐의 상기 치환제 각각은 1-4개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, Cp가 펜타메틸시클로펜타디에닐인 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, X가 염화물 또는 요오드화물인 촉매계.
- 제4항에 있어서, X가 염화물인 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이트륨-함유 촉매가 식 (Cp2YX)2로 표현되는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, L은 테트라히드로푸란, 디에틸 에테르, 또는 N, N, N′N′-테트라메틸에틸렌 디아민인 촉매계.
- 제7항에 있어서, L은 테트라히드로푸란인 촉매계.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 이트륨-함유 촉매는 식 Cp2YX·THF로 표현되는 촉매계
- 제1항에 있어서, M은 리튬 또는 칼륨인 촉매계.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 이트륨-함유 촉매가 식 : CP2YCl2·K(THF)n으로 표현되는 촉매계.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 이트륨-함유 촉매가 식 : CP2YCl2·Li(THF)n으로 표현되는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크롬-함유 촉매가 산화 크롬을 함유하는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크롬-함유 촉매가 실리카를 더 포함하는 촉매계.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크롬-함유 촉매가 크롬-함유 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 크롬 약 0.1-약 10중량%를 함유하는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크롬-함유 촉매가 약 300℃- 약 1000℃ 범위의 온도의 공기 중에서 활성화되는 촉매계.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 크롬-함유 촉매가 약 300℃- 약 500℃ 범위의 온도에서 일산화탄소로 원되는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합 조건 하에서 상기 이트륨-함유 촉매보다 상기 크롬-함유 촉매가 공단량체를 합체시키는데 더욱 효과적인 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크롬-함유 촉매가 현장에서 공단량체를 제조할 수 있는 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이트륨-함유 촉매가 수소의 존재에 대해 민감한 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 알킬 또는 알칼리토금속 알킬로 구성된 조촉매를 더 포함하는 촉매계.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매의 상기 알킬 라디칼 각각은 1-12개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 촉매계.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매가 알킬리튬인 촉매계.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 조촉매가 n-부틸리튬, 이차-부틸리튬, 또는 삼차-부틸리튬인 촉매계.
- 제22항에 있어서, 조촉매내 금속 대 이트륨-함유 촉매내 이트륨의 몰비가 약 0.5:1-약 20:1의 범위인 촉매계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기본적으로 크롬-함유 촉매, 이트륨-함유 촉매, 및 알칼리 금속 알킬 또는 알칼리토금속 알킬인 조촉매로 구성된 촉매계.
- 알파-올레핀 단량체들을 중합반응 조건하에서 제 1-27항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매계와 접촉 시키는 것으로 구성되는, 알파-올레딘 단량체 중합 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 상기 접촉은 0℃- 약 170℃ 범위의 온도에서인 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 중합 반응을 수소의 존재 하에 수행시키는 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 상기 단량체를 상기 이트륨-함유 촉매와 접촉시키기 전에 상기 크롬-함유 촉매와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 고밀도 에틸렌 중합체 코팅으로 둘러싸인 저밀도 에틸렌 중합체 핵으로 구성된 중합체 복합재 분말로서, 이때 상기 저밀도 핵은 ASTM D 1505-68에 따라 측정된 약 0.88g/cc-약 0.94g/cc 범위의 밀도를 나타내고, 상기 고밀도 코팅은 ASTM D 1505-68에 따라 측정된 약 0.94g/cc이상 -약 0.98g/cc범위의 밀도를 나타내는 중합체 복합재 분말.
- 제32항에 있어서, 상기 저밀도 핵은 약 0.90g/cc-약 0.94g/cc 범위의 밀도를 나타내고, 상기 고밀도 코팅은 약 0.95g/cc-약 0.98g/cc범위의 밀도를 나타내는 중합체 복합재 분말.
- 제32항 또는 33항에 있어서, 상기 저밀도 핵은 중합체 복합재 분말의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 10중량%-약 90중량%범위의 양으로 존재하고 상기 고밀도 코팅은 중합체 복합재 분말의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 90중량%-약 10중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 중합체 복합재 분말.
- 제34항에 있어서, 상기 저밀도 핵은 중합체 복합재 분말의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 25중량%-약 90중량%범위의 양으로 존재하고 상기 고밀도 코팅은 중합체 복합재 분말의 전체 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 75중량%-약 10중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 중합체 복합재 분말.
- 제35항에 있어서, 상기 저밀도 핵은 중합체 복합재 분말의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 50중량%-약 90중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하고 상기 고밀도 코팅은 중합체 복합재 분말의 전체 중량을 기준으로 50중량%-10중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 중합체 복합재 분말.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
