Abstract

본 발명은 유리를 차량의 전방 시계면에 사용할 수 있게 하는 범위의 광(가시광) 투과도와 중간 회색을 갖는 유리 조성물을 제공한다. 기재 유리는 소다-석회-실리카 조성물이고 철, 코발트, 셀레늄 및 또는 니켈을 착색제로서 사용한다. 필수적으로 무니켈인 본 발명의 한 특정실시양태에서, 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 60% 이상의 광투과도(C. I. Claims (28)

  1. 유리가 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 60% 이상의 광투과도를 갖는, SiO266 내지 75 중량% Na2O 10 지 20 중량% CaO 5 내지 15 중량% MgO 0 내지 5 중량% A12030 내지 5 중량% K2O 0 내지 5 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 기재 유리 부분과 Fe203(전체철) 0.30 내지 0.70 중량% FeO 0.21 중량%이하 CoO 3 내지 50 PPM Se 1 내지 15 PPM으로 필수적으로 이루어지는 착색제 부분을 갖는 중간 회색 착색 유리 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Fe203농도가 0.32 내지 0.65 중량%이고, FeO 농도가 0.065 내지 0.20 중량%이고, CoO 농도가 5 내지 40 PPM이고, Se 농도가 1 내지 9 PPM인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Fe203농도가 0.30 내지 0.70 중량%이고, FeO 농도가 0.19 중량% 이하이고, CoO농도가 3 내지 35 PPM이고, Se 농도가 1 내지 10 PPM이며, 또한 상기 조성물이 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 70%이상의 광 투과도를 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 총 일광 에너지 투과도가 65% 이하인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, Fe203농도가 0.32 내지 0.65 중량%이고, FeO 농도가 0.065 내지 0.175 중량%이고, CoO 농도가 5 내지 32 PPM이고, Se 농도가 1 내지 5 PPM인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유리의 색이 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 480 내지 580 나노미터 범위의 우세 파장과 8% 이하의 자극 순도에 의해 특성지워지는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 유리의 색이 485 내지 540 나노미터 범위의 우세 파장과 3% 이하의 자극 순도에 의해 특성지워지는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 부가적 자외선 흡수물질을 더 포함하는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 흡수물질이 유리 조성물의 2.0 중량% 이하인 양의 세륨, 바나듐, 티타늄 및 몰리브덴과 이들의 조합으로 필수적으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 물질의 산화물인 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2의 양이 0.1 내지 1.0 중량%인 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 인용한 바와 같은 조성물로부터 제조한 유리 시이트.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 시이트가 1.8 내지 6mm의 두께를 갖는 유리 시이트.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 유리의 색이 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 480 내지 540 나노미터 범위의 우세 파장과 8% 이하의 자극 순도에 의해 특성지워지는 유리 시이트.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 유리의 색이 485 내지 540 나노미터의 우세 파장과 3% 이하의 자극 순도에 의해 특성지워지는 유리 시이트.
  15. 유리가 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 60% 이상의 광 투과도를 갖는, SiO266 내지 75 중량% Na2O 10내지 20 중량% CaO 5 내지 15 중량% MgO 0 내지 5 중량% A12030 내지 5 중량% K2O 0 내지 5중량%를 포함하여 이루어지는 기재 유리 부분과 Fe203(전체철) 0.15 내지 0.65 중량% FeO 0.18 중량%이하 CoO 15 내지 55 PPM Se 0 내지 5 PPM NiO 25 내지 350 PPM으로 필수적으로 이루어지는 착색제 부분을 갖는 중간 회색 착색 유리 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, Fe203농도가 0.17 내지 0.60 중량%이고, FeO 농도가 0.04 내지 0.16 중량%이고, CoO 농도가 20 내지 52 PPM이고, Se 농도가 0 내지 3 PPM이고, NiO 농도가 적어도 50 PPM인 조성물.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, Fe2O3농도가 0.15 내지 0.50 중량%이고, FeO 농도가 중량% 이하이고, CoO농도가 20 내지 30 PPM이고, Se 농도가 0 내지 3 PPM이고 NiO 농도가 25 내지 200 PPM이며, 또한 상기 조성물이 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 70% 이상의 광투과도를 갖는 조성물.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 총 일광 에너지 투과도가 65%이하인 조성물.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, Fe203농도가 0.20 내지 0.43 중량%이고, FeO 농도가 0.05 내지 0.11 중량%이고, CoO 농도가 22 내지 27 PPM이고, Se 농도가 0 내지 2 PPM이고, NiO 농도가 적어도 50 PPM인 조성물.
  20. 제15항에 있어서,유리의 색이 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 480내지 580나노미터 범위의 우세 파장과 8% 이하의 자극 순도에 의해 특성지워지는 조성물.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 유리의 색이 485 내지 540 나노미터 범위의 우세 파장과 3% 이하의 자극 순도에 의해 특성지워지는 조성물.
  22. 제15항에 있어서, 부가적 자외선 흡수물질을 더 포함하는 조성물.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 흡수물질이 유리 조성물의 2.0중량% 이하인 양의 세륨, 바나듐, 티타늄 및 몰리브덴과 이들의 조합으로 필수적으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 물질의 산화물인 조성물.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2의 양이 0.1 내지 1.0 중량%인 조성물.
  25. 제15항에 인용한 바와 같은 조성물로부더 제조한 유리 시이트.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 시이트가 1.8 내지 6mm의 두께를 갖는 유리 시이트.
  27. 제25항에 있어서, 유리의 색이 3.9 밀리미터 두께에서 480 내지 580 나노미터 범위의 우세 파장과 8%이하의 자극 순도에 의해 특성지워지는 유리 시이트.
