Claims (3)
- 고정화 효소원을 사용하여 인돌 및 L-세린을 반응시킴으로써 L-트립토판을 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 내에서 L-세린의 몰수를 인돌 및 L-트립토판의 총몰수 보다 과잉으로 존재케 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 L-트립토판의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 L-세린의 몰수는 인돌과 L-트립토판의 총몰수의 1.2배 이상이며, 인돌의 몰수의 1.5배 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응은 다수의 반응기내에서 실시되며, 제 1 항에서 규정된 반응 조건이 각 반응기내에서 충족되고, 이전의 반응기로부터 유출된 반응 새성물은 두번째 및 다음의 반응기로 첨가되며, 제 1 항에서, 규정한 조건을 만족시키기 위하여 필요하다면, L-세린을 반응기에 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
