Abstract

본 발명은 제강 및 연속주조 공정에서 발생한 목적외 용강 또는 회송된 지급용강을 고급용강으로 만드는 용강제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 용강을 하나 이상의 빈래들에 리래들링하는 제1공정과, 상기 리래들링 된 용강을 전기아크 가열장치에서 전로유출 슬래그대비 0.3∼0.8중량 퍼세튼의 후락스를 투입하고, 합금철을 투입하여 승온후 아로곤가스의 취입으로 용강의 온도를 균일하게 하여 탄소중량이 0.05∼1.05퍼센트(Cwt%)로 유지되도록 용강내 개제물을 분리 부상시키는 제2공정으로 이루어져 용강의 품질향상 및 실수율향상과 원가의 질감을 특징으로 하는 용강제조 방법이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 제강 및 목적외 용강의 처리 공정도,
제2도는 체인걸이를 이용하여 리래들링(relading)하는 방법을 보여주는 도면,
제3도는 래들(ladle) 하부노즐(nozzle)을 이용하여 리래들링(reladling)하는 방법을 보여주는 도면,
제4도는 전기아크(arc) 가열장치의 단면도 .

Claims (1)

  1. 제강 또는 연속주조 공정에서 목적외 또는 회송된 저급용강을 고급용강으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 용강을 한대 이상의 빈래들에 리래들링 하는 제1공정과, 상기 리래들링된 용강을 전기아크 가열장치에서 전로유출 슬래그 중량대비 0.3∼0.8중량 퍼센트의 후락스를 투입하고, 합금철을 투입하여 승온후 아르곤 가스의 취입으로 웅강의 은도를 균일하게 하여 탄소중량이 0.05∼1.05퍼센트(Cwt%)로 유지되도륵 용강내 게재물을 분리 부상시키는 제2공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 용강제조 방법.
