Claims (20)
- (가) 원통형 몸체(3)와, 그 외주 표면에 탈착가능하게 설치된 보빈(1a-1d)및 원통형 몸체(3)에 결합된 구동축(12) 구비하는 스핀들(3,1a-1d,12)과; (나) 원통형 몸체(3)에 제공된 보빈 결합 및 분리 수단(21)과: (다) 스핀들을 회전가능하게 구동하는 구동 수단(20)을 포함하는 생사 권취 장치에 있어서; (라) 적어도 하나의 상기 원통형 몸체(3) 및 구동축(12)의 적어도 일부분은, 강화 섬유, 매트릭스 성분으로 제조된 복합층(5,10)과, 상기 복합층(5,10)에 결합된 금속제 지지부재(6,7,11)를 부가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 몸체(3)는 상기 복합층(5) 및 지지부재(6,7)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 한개의 지지부재(6,7)는 원통형상을 취하는 상기 복합층(5)의 내부 표면및 외부 표면의 한개위에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(6)는 상기 복합층(5)의 외부 표면에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(6,7)는 상기 복합층(5)의 내부 표면 및 외부 표면의 각각에 제공되는것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구동축(12)은 상기 복합층(10) 및 지지부재(11)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지지부재(11)은 상기 복합층(10)의 외부 표면에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 몸체(3)는 복합층(5)과 지지부재(6,7)를 포함하며, 상기 지지부재(7)는 복합층(5)의 내부 표면에 제공되며, 원통형 몸체(3)와 구동축(12)과의 결합부는 원통형 몸체(3)의 지지부재(7)의 내부 표면에 제공된 보스(8)를 포함하며, 구동축(12)은 보스(8)에 분리가능하게 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 몸체(3)의 종방향 길이는 1000mm이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유는 무기물 섬유(inorganic fibers)이며 매트릭스 성분은 수지(resin)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무기물 섬유는 탄소 섬유(carbon fibers)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무기물 섬유는 유리 섬유(glass fibers)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수지물질은 에폭시 수지(epoxy resin)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유는 유기물 섬유이며 매트릭스 성분은 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 유기물 섬유는 아라미드 섬유(aramid fibers)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강화 섬유는 금속성 섬유(metallic fibers)이며 매트릭스 성분은 금속(metal)인 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스 성분에 대한 강화 성분의 비율은 40 내지 75%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 비율은 50 내지 70%의 범위내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 몸체(3)는 복합층(5)과 지지부재(6,7)를 포함하며, 상기 지지부재(6)는 복합층(5)의 외부 표면에 제공되고, 구동축(12)와 원통형 몸체(13)와의 결합부는 원통형 몸체의 지지부재 내부 표면에 제공된 보스(8)를 포함하며, 구동축(12)이 보스(8)에 분리 가능하게 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구동축(12)은, 상기 지지부재(32)에 형성된 제1부분과, 복합층(10) 및 지지부재(11)에 형성된 제2부분과, 상기 복합층(10)에 형성된 제3부분과, 복합층(10) 및 지지부재(11)에 형성된 제4부분과 상기 지지부재(31)에 형성된 제5부분을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생사 권취 장치.
