Claims (8)
- 목재를 건조시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 생목재를 목재건조실에 쌓는 단계, 밀봉하기 위하여 목재건조실을 폐쇄하는 단계, 목재건조실내에 이미 존재한 공기를 점진적으로 교체하기 위하여 목재건조실이 연소가스로 채워질때까지 고온연소가스는 발생시키고 이 고온연소가스를 목재건조실로 도입시키는 단계, 연소챔버로 도입된 신설한 공기의 양을 제어하고 이 도입된 신선한 공기의 양 만큼의 연소가스의 양을 목재건조실로부터 방출하고 목재건조실내 분위기에 산소농도를 안정된 지레벨로 유지하고 온도분포를 안정화시키기 위해 연소가스의 일부분을 강제 순환시킴으로써 연소챔버내에서의 연소속도를 제어하는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 목재를 건조시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 내부공간이 통상 장애없이 개방되고 밀폐가능한 목재건조실(1), 목재건조실(1)과 연소가스발생기(2)가 서로 인접하여 있고 이들 사이의 벽이 상기 목재건조실(1)과 상기 연소가스발생기(2)를 형성하여 연소용의 신선한 공기를 그 하부에 구비된 연소챔버(21)로 도입하기 위한 공기도입관(4)을 갖춘 연소가스발생기(2), 상기 연소가스발생기(2)의 상부로부터 상기 목재건조실(1)의 상부로 연장되어 있고 연소가스가 자연스럽게 상기 목재건조실에 들어가도록 하는 연소가스공급로(3), 상기 목재건조실(1)의 저부로부터 굴뚝(7)으로 연장되어 있는 배기가스 배출관(6), 상기 목재건조실(1)과 별개로 형성되어 있고 상기 목재건조실(1)의 상기 저부로부터 상기 연소가스발생기(2)로 연장되어 있는 연소가스회수관(5)과, 상기 배기가스 배출관(6) 및 상기 연소가스회수관(5)중 적어도 하나에 구비된 가스유량 제어유닛(52,61)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재건조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연소가스회수관(5)이 연소가스발생기(2)에 바로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재건조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연소가스회수관(5)이 상기 공기도입관(4)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재건조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 배출관(6)과 상기 연소가스회수관(5)중 적어도 하나에 구비되는 상기 가스유량 제어유닛(52,61)이 팬 및 댐퍼와 결합하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재건조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가스유량 제어유닛(52,61)이 상기 팬 및 상기 댐퍼중의 적어도 하나로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재건조장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 팬 및/또는 상기 댐퍼가 본 발명의 장치중에서 상기 공기도입관(4)에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재건조장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 팬이 상기 공기도입관(4), 상기 배기가스 배출관(6) 및 상기 연소가스회수관(5)중 적어도 어느 하나에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 목재건조장치.
