Abstract

본 발명은 1종 이상의 전이 금속의 황하물(들)을 기재로한 촉매 상의 디메틸 이황화물의 촉매적 수소화 반응에 의해 메틸 머캅탄을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 메틸 머캅탄에 대한 선택성은 물 및/또는 황화 수소의 존재하에서 실시함으로써 매우 향상된다.

Claims (11)

  1. 물, 황화 수소, 또는 물 및 황화 수소 존재 하에서 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 1종 이상의 전이 금속의 황화물(들)을 기재로한 촉매 상에서 디메틸 이황화물의 촉매적 수소화 반응에 의해 메틸 머캅탄을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 물 또는 황화 수소의 디메틸 이황화물에 대한 중량 비가 0.01 내지 50 중량 %임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수소/디메틸 이황화물의 몰 비가 0.01 내지 50임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 50 내지 400℃에서 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 대기압 내지 50 바아의 압력에서 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 니켈, 코발트, 몰리브덴 및 텅스텐으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 것의 황화물(들)을 기재로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 알루미나 담체상의 니켈 및 몰리브덴 황화물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 물 또는 황화 수소의 디메틸 이황화물에 대한 중량비가 0.1 내지 15 중량 %임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 수소/디메틸 이황화물의 몰 비가 0.5 내지 10임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제39에 있어서, 수소/디메틸 이황화물의 몰 비가 0.8 내지 4임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제4항에 있어서, 100 내지 250℃에서 반응을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
