Abstract

프린터에 관한 것으로서, 프린터가 기록지에 화상을 인쇄할 때, 이 프린터의 인쇄헤드가 기록지를 안내하는 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치에 관한 내용이 개시되어 있다. 기록지의 선단을 인쇄하여 기록지의 전면(全面)을 인쇄할 때 기록지가 초기 기록위치에 이송되고, 이 이송된 기록지는 드럼과 뜨임이 발생하여 많은 문제점으로 부터 부각되었다. 따라서, 인쇄헤드의 하측에 로울러가 설치된 판스프링을 장치하고, 이 인쇄헤드의 가로방향에 일축을 만들어 이 축을 중심으로 인쇄헤드가 좌우로 기울어지게하여 기록지를 드럼위에 부드럽게 밀착하여, 기록지가 드럼과 뜨는 것을 방지하여 기록지의 전면을 인쇄할 수 있고, 불량하게 인쇄되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

프린터의 기록지 가이드장치 및 방법

제2도는 종래 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치로써 기록지의 선단을 가이드하고 인쇄하는 상태를 나타낸 측면도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치를 도시한 사시도,
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치에 기록지가 이송되는 성태를 나타낸 측면도,
제5도는 본 발명에 따른 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치로써 기록지의 선단 뒷부분을 드럼에 밀착한 상태를 나타낸 측면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 기록지를 가압하여 인쇄하는 헤드팁을 갖는 인쇄헤드와 드럼사이로 기록지가 이송되는 프린터의 기록지 가이드방법에 있어서, 기록지의 선단이 드럼과 헤드팁사이로 이송되었을 때, 인쇄헤드의 헤드팁이 상승되고, 그 후단부가 상기 기록지를 누르도록 인쇄헤드를 뒤로 기울이는 단계와, 상기 인쇄헤드의 후단부가 상기 기록지를 누른 상태에서 이 기록지의 선단이 헤드팁에 눌리도록 상기 인쇄헤드를 반대방향으로 기울이는 단계를 행하여 기록지의 선단이 헤드팁과 드럼사이에 가이드 될 수 있게 함을 특징으로 하는 프린터의 기록지 가이드방법.
  2. 기록지를 드럼으로 이송시키면서 그 이송되는 기록지에 잉크필름을 이용하여 인쇄헤드로서 인쇄하는 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치에 있어서, 상기 인쇄헤드를 상기 드럼의 회전방향으로 그리고 그 반대방향으로 기울어지게 하여서 이 인쇄헤드가 기울어지면서 상기 기록지의 선단부를 순차적으로 말착하는 시이소수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 시이소수단이 상기 인쇄헤드를 회전하도록 지지하고 인쇄헤드에 설치된 회전축과, 상기 회전축을 중심으로 상기 기록헤드의 양측을 선택적으로 가압하는 캠들을 구비하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 헤드가 그 하부에 설치되어 상기 기록지의 잉크필름을 상기 드럼에 밀착하고 안내하도록 탄성력을 제공하는 적어도 하나의 탄성안내부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 탄성안내부가 이 부재의 끝단에 설치되어 이 탄성안내부재와 필름과의 마찰력을 줄이기 위한 로울러를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린터의 기록지 가이드장치.
