Claims (3)
- 소정의 클럭 주파수로 클럭된 출력 전하 결합 장치의 전하 전송 채널, 제1전기 출력 신호를 공급하기 위해 상기 전하 전송 채널의 한 지점에서 전하를 검출하기 위한 부동 소자 전위계과, 제2전기 출력 신호를 공급하기 위해 상기 전하 전송 채널의 단부에서 단자 드레인을 갖는 고체 영상기에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2전기 신호에 응답하여 출력 비데오 신호를 발생하기 위하여, 바람직하지 않은 저주파 고정-패턴 세이딩의 발생과 관련된 상기 제1전기 출력 신호를 광대역 샘플링한 후에, 상기 제1전기 출력(27) 신호로부터 상기 출력 비데오 신호의 고주파 부분을 유도하기 위한 수단(30,40 : 70) ; 제2전기 출력(22) 신호로부터 상기 출력 비데오 신호의 저주파 부분을 유도하기 위한 수단(20,61)과 ; 상기 출력 비데오 신호의 저주파와 고주파 부분을 연속-주파수-스펙트럼 신호로 조합하기 위한 수단(55)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 영상기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력 신호의 고주파 부분을 유도하기 위한 수단은, 상기 고체 영상기로부터 상기 제1전기 출력 신호를 수신하는 입력 접속부와, 출력 접속부를 갖는 저주파 압축 필터 ; 상기 저주파 압축 필터의 출력 접속부로부터의 입력 접속부를 가지고, 상기 클럭 주파수의 고조파에서 상기 광대역 샘플링을 수행하며, 출력 접속부를 갖는 동기 검출기와, 상기 조합 수단에 인가하기 위해 상기 동기 검출기의 출력 접속부에서의 응답중 고주파 부분을 분리하는 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 영상기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력 신호의 고주파 부분을 유도하기 위한 상기 수단은, 상기 고체 영상기로부터 상기 제1전기 출력 신호를 광대역 샘플링 하기 위한 이중 동기 샘플링 회로와 ; 상기 조합 수단에 인가하기 위하여, 상기 이중 동기 샘플된 제1전기 출력 신호의 고주파 부분을 분리하는 필터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 영상기.
