Claims (7)
- 적어도 두개의 광원과 ; 하나의 광원으로부터 분광광도계의 입구슬릿으로 광을 반사하는 광원경을 유동하는 광원전환장치 ; 입구슬릿을 통해 입사되는 광을 일련의 단색광으로 분리하기 위한 분광기 ; 분광기 움직임의 개략원점을 검출하는 개략원점 검출기를 포함하며 분리된 광을 분광광도계의 출구슬릿으로 투사하기 위해 분광기를 회전시키는 분광기 구동장치 ; 다수개의 필터를 포함하는 필터프레임 ; 필터프레임 움직임을 제한하기 위한 스톱퍼를 포함하며, 분광광도계의 광로에 필터중의 하나를 배치하기위한 필터선택 장치 ; 출구슬릿에서 나오는 광을 측정하기 위한 광도계 ; 필터프레임 선단이 스톱퍼에 충돌하도록 함으로써 필터 움직임의 원점을 결정하는 컨트롤러와, 개략원점 검출기를 사용하여 분광기의 개략원점을 결정하는 컨트롤러, 광도계가 광의 최대강도를 검출하는 위치를 검출함으로써 광원경 움직임의 원점과 분광기 장치 움직임의 정확한 원점을 결정하는 컨트롤러로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 분광광도계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분광기는 회절격자인 것을 특징으로하는 분광광도계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 컨트롤러는 광원중의 하나를 결정하고, 광원경을 유동하며, 광도계가 광의 최대강도를 검출하는 광원경의 위치를 결정함으로써 광원경 움직임의 원점을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광광도계.
- 제3항에 있어서, 컨트롤러는 광원경을 광원으로부터 광원경 움직임의 원점에 근거를 두는 분광기로 가장 강한 광의 위치를 가져오며, 분광기를 영차 반사광이 개략원점을 사용하는 광도계로 직진하는 위치로 가져오며, 광도계가 광의 최대강도를 검출하는 분광기 움직임의 정확한 원점을 결정함으로써 분광기 움직임의 정확한 원점을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광광도계.
- 제3항에 있어서, 컨트롤러는 광도계에 의해 검출된 라인스펙트럼 패턴이 광원의 알려진 라인스펙트럼 패턴에 매칭하는 광원경 위치를 검출함으로써 광원경 움직임의 원점을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광광도계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 컨트롤러는 광도계에 의해 검출된 라인스펙트럼 패턴이 광원의 알려진 라인스펙트럼 패턴에 매칭하는 분광기의 위치를 검출함으로써 분광기 움직임의 정확한 원점을 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광광도계.
- 제6항에 있어서, 필터프레임은 필터없이 개공부를 포함하며, 컨트롤러는 광원경 움직임의 원점과 분광기 움직임의 정확한 원점이 결정되기전에 필터선택장치가 분광광도계의 광로에 개공을 배치하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분광광도계.
