Abstract

본 발명에 따른 유류버너용 연료이단 연소노즐(1)은, 일정각도로 경사지며 주연료유입공(3) 및 주증기유입공(4)이 통하는 주화염용 분출공(2)이 다수가 형성된 제4도에 도시한 종래의 노즐(1)에 있어서, 보조연료 유입공(6) 및 보조증기유입공(7)이 통하며 상기 주화염용 분출공(3)과는 상이한 경사각도, 더욱 구체적으로는 작은 경사각도를 가지도록 보조화염공 분출공(5)이 다수가 형성된 구조로서, 종래의 노즐에서 생성되는 질소산화물을 약 20% 더 감소시킬 수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 일정각도로 경사지며 주연료유입공(3) 및 주증기유입공(4)이 통하는 주화염용 분출공(2)이 다수가 형성된 노즐(1')에 있어서, 보조연료 유입공(6) 및 보조증기 유입공(7)이 통하며 상기 주화염용 분출공(3)과는 상이한 경사각도를 가지도록 보조화염용 분출공(5)이 다수가 형성된것을 특징으로하는 유류 버너용 연료 이단연소 노즐.
