Claims (8)
- 맞물리고 분리 가능한 쌍의 포지티브 죠우 부재(112/114, 116/118)과 관련된 다수의 선택 가능한 기어비(GR)를 지닌 다중속도 기계 변속기를 포함하며, 포지티브가 아닌 커플링(C)에 의해 원동기(E)에 구동할 수 있게 연결된 입력축(16), 차량 구동비 회로의 연결을 구동시키는 출력축(90), 입력축 회전 속도(IS) 및 출력축 회전속도(OS)를 나타내는 입력신호를 수신하여 소정의 논리법칙에 따라 명령출력신호를 선택된 쌍의 포지티브 죠우클러치 부재를 선택적으로 맞물리고 분리하는 변속 액츄레이터(27)를 포함하는 시스템 액츄에이터(23,27,29)에 발생시키는 제어유닛(CPU)를 포함하며, 변속 오퍼레이터가 명령출력신호에 응답하는 상기 액츄에이터에 필요한 시간을 포함하는 응답시간을 지니며 선택된 쌍의 포지티브 죠우 클러치 부재를 분리위치에서 최초 포지티브 맞물림 위치로 이동시키는 차량 자동기계 변속장치(10)의 시프팅을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 식(OS*GRT)+X≥ISE>(OS*GRT)-Y이 성립될 때 명령신호를 상기 액츄에이터에 발생하여 목표기어부(GRT)와 관련된 쌍의 포지티브 클러치 부재를 맞물리게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시프팅 제어방법.여기서, OS=출력축속도(RPM), GRT=목표기어비의 수치비, ISE=상기 목표기어비와 관련된 쌍의 포지티브 클러치 부재의 최초 포지티브 맞물림 시간에서의 기대 입력축속도(RPM), X>0, Y>0 및 X+Y=fGRT또는 (X+Y)MIN보다 큼, 여기서 fGRT는 증가값 및 감소값에 따라 값이 증가 및 감소하는 GRT의 함수이고, (X+Y)MIN은 일정한 최소값.

- 맞물리고 분리 가능한 쌍의 포지티브 죠우 부재(112/114, 116/118)과 관련된 다수의 선택 가능한 기어부(GR)를 지닌 다중속도 기계 변속기를 포함하며, 포지티브가 아닌 커플링(C)에 의해 원동기(E)에 구동할 수 있게 연결된 입력축(16), 차량 구동비 회로의 연결을 구동시키는 출력축(90), 입력축 회전속도(IS) 및 출력축 회전속도(OS)를 나타내는 입력신호를 수신하여 소정의 논리법칙에 따라 명령 출력신호를 선택된 쌍의 포지티브 죠우클러치 부재를 선택적으로 맞물리고 분리하는 변속 액츄에이터(27)를 포함하는 시스템 액츄에이터(23,27,29)에 발생시키는 제어유닛(CPU)를 포함하며, 변속 오퍼레이터가 명령 출력신호에 응답하는 상기 액츄에이터에 필요한 시간을 포함하는 응답시간을 지니며 선택된 쌍의 포지티브 죠우 클러치 부재를 분리위치에서 최초 포지티브 맞물림 위치로 이동시키는 차량 자동기계 변속장치(10)의 시프팅을 제어하는 장치에 있어서, 식(OS*GRT)+X≥ISE>(OS*GRT)-Y이 성립될 때 명령신호를 상기 액츄에이터에 발생하여 목표기어부(GRT)와 관련된 쌍의 포지티브 클러치 부재를 맞물리게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시프팅 제어방법.여기서, OS=출력축속도(RPM), GRT=목표기어비의 수치비, ISE=상기 목표기어비와 관련된 쌍의 포지티브 클러치 부재의 최초 포지티브 맞물림 시간에서의 기대 입력축속도(RPM), X>0, Y>0 및 X+Y=fGRT또는 (X+Y)MIN보다 큼, 여기서 fGRT는 증가값 및 감소값에 따라 값이 증가 및 감소하는 GRT의 함수이고, (X+Y)MIN은 일정한 최소값.
