Abstract

본 발명은 수지와 금속과의 이질재료에 의해서 구성된 세탁겸 탈수조에 관한 것으로서, 세탁겸 탈수탱크와 교반날개의 틈새를 온도에 관계없이 균일하게 해서, 틈새로부터의 동전등의 이물낙하를 방지하는 것을 목적으로한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 금속제의 통형상 동체부(12)의 측벽에 복수개의 구멍부(13)를 형성하고, 이 통형상 동체부(12)의 윗부분 둘레가장자리에 유체밸런서(14)를 고정장착하고, 통형상 동체부(12)의 아래쪽에 바닥있는 수지제의 하부안탱크(15)를 고정장착하고, 유체밸런서(14)와 하부안탱크(15)와의 사이에 통로수(17)를 배설하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예의 세탁겸탈수탱크의 단면도,
제2도는 동 세탁겸 탈수탱크의 통형상동체부와 하부내 탱크와의 고착상태를 표시한 단면도,
제3도는 동 세탁겸 탈수탱크의 통형상동체부의 요부의 일부잘라낸 사시도,
제4도는 동 세탁겸탈수탱크의 통형상동체부의 유체밸런서와의 고착상태를 표시한 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 측벽에 복수개의 구멍부를 형성한 금속제의 통형상동체부와 상기 통형상 동체부의 상부둘레가장자리에 고착한 유체밸런서와, 상기 통형상 동체부의 아래쪽에 고착한 바닥있는 수지제의 하부내탱크와, 상기 유체밸런서와 상기 하부안탱크와의 사이에 배설한 통수로를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁겸 탈수탱크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 통형상 동체부의 아래쪽편의 바깥둘레에 안쪽으로 볼록부를 형성하고, 하부안탱크의 측벽에 상기 플랜지부와 하부플랜지부를 형성하고, 상기 상부플랜지부의 상부면을 상기 통형상 통체부의 블록부에 당접시키고, 상기 통형상 동체부의 블록부에 당접시키고 상기 하부플랜지부의 하부면으로 절곡해서 고착한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁겸 탈수탱크.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 통형상 동체부의 블록부와 하부절곡부와의 사이에 복수개의 안쪽으로 돌출형성된 잘라일으킨 부분을 형성하고, 상기 잘라일으킨 부분을 하부안탱크의 측벽에 형성한 잘린부분에 걸어맞춤한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁겸 탈수탱크.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 통형상 동체부의 상단부둘레가장자리를 원형단면으로 절곡하고, 유체밸런서의 단부 (段部)에 당접고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁겸 탈수탱크.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 통수로는 통형상으로 형성하고, 상기 통수로를 통형상 동체부의 측벽에 당접시키고, 유체밸런서와 하부안탱크에 의해 끼워붙임 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁겸 탈수탱크.
