- 친화 상수가 1011M-1이상인 인간 췌장 포스포리파제 A2에 대해 특이성을 갖는 단클론성 항체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 서브클래스가 IgG1인 단클론성 항체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, L사슬이 k형인 단클론성 항체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 돼지 췌장 포스포리파제 A2및 인도 코브라 뱀독(Naja naja venom) 포스포리파 제 A2와 반응하지 않는 단클론성 항체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하이브리도마 1008-1에 의해 생산된 단클론성성 항체 1008-1 및 하이브리도마 1085-2에 의해 생산된 단클론성 항체 1085-2인 단클론성 항체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항중의 어느 한 항의 단클론성 항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 하이브리도마 1008-1 또는 1085-2인 하이브리도마.
- 항-인간 췌장 포스포리파제 A2항체-생산 B임파구와 골수종 세포를 융합하여 제조한 인간 췌장 포스포리파제 A2에 대해 특이성을 갖는 단클론성 항체를 생산하는 하이브리도마를 배양하고, 배양액으로 부터 인간 췌장 포스포리파제 A2에 대해 특이성을 갖는 단클론성 항체를 회수함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항의 단클론성 항체의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항의 단클론성 항체를 이용하는 인간 췌장 포스포리파제 A2의 면역 분석법.
