Abstract

폐합성섬유 및 폐비닐을 다중으로 압착한 방수합판 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 용융성이 높은 섬유류로 제조된 표피층박판(A) (A′)사이에 용융성이 거의 없는 섬유와 폐비닐로 제조된 내피측 박판(B) (B′) (B″)를 여러겹 포개놓은 사이에 접착제를 발라 가열 압착하여 제조된 "폐합성섬유 및 폐비닐을 다중으로 압착한 방수합판 및 그 제조방법".

Claims (2)

  1. 용융성이 높은 섬유류로 제조된 표피층박판(A) (A′)사이에 용융성이 거의 없는 섬유와 폐비닐로 제조된 내피측 박판(B) (B′) (B″)를 여러겹 포개놓은 사이에 접착제를 발라 가열 압착하여 제조된 "폐합성섬유 및 폐비닐을 다중으로 압착한 방수합판"
  2. 용융성이 높은 섬유류와 용융성이 거의 없는 섬유와 폐비닐로서 각각 독립적으로 마쇄한 후 레진을 섞어 가열 압착함으로서 표피층 박판과 내피측 박판을 제조하고 이 표피층박판 사이에 내피측 박판을 접착제를 도포압착 성형함을 특징으로 하는 "폐합성섬유 및 폐비닐을 다중으로 압착한 방수합판의 제조방법".
