Claims (1)
- 모드 절환스위치를 구비하여 스위치 절환에 따라 영상신호 자체를 부호화하거나 움직임 추정에 차분신호를 부호화하는 적응적인 영상부호화 제어장치에 있어서, 입력되는 영상신호에서의 언커버된 영역을 결정하기 위한 수단과; 상기 영상신호로부터 추출된 타이밍 신호에 의거하여 상기 언커버된 영역 결정수단의 출력결과에 상응하는 매크로블럭의 형태를 결정하기 위한 수단과; 상기 매크로블럭의 형태 결정수단으로 부터의 출력신호에 의거하여 상기 모드 절환스위치에 그에 상응하는 절환 제어신호를 출력하는 수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 적응적인 영상부호화 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
