Claims (3)
- 6축 로보트(20)의 핸드부(22)에 마련된 프레임(24)에 고정 설치됨과 아울러 6축에 제공된 서오보 모우터의 축(25)에 고정 설치된 제1치차(26)와 치차 결합된 제2치차(27), 그리고 제2치차(27)와 동일한 축(28)으로 고정 설치됨과 아울러 베어링(29)을 지지되어 하우징(30)에 수납된 제3치차(31)와 치차 결합됨은 물론 베어링(32)에 의해 축(33) 지지된 제4치차(34)로 이루어진 가속부(23)와, 상기한 가속부(23)의 제4치차(34)가 지지된 축(33)에 고정구(35)로 고정 설치되어 브라운관(37)의 애노드 버튼 주위의 곡면에 따라 실리콘액을 도포하는 브러쉬(36)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 브라운관의 애노드 버튼 실리콘 도포장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가속부(23)의 제1치차(26)의 제2치차(27)의 회전비는 1 : 2, 제3치차(31)와 제4치차(34)의 회전비는 1 : 2로 이루어져 서어보 모우터의 축(25)에 제공된 제1치차(26)와 브러쉬(36)가 제공된 제4치차(34)의 회전비가 1 : 4로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 브라운관의 애노드 버튼 실리콘 도포장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 브러쉬(36)는 브라운관(37)의 곡면을 따라 정확하게 도포되도록 서어보 모우터의 회전각도에 따라 6축 로보트(20)의 핸드부(22)가 제어부에 의해 승강 제어됨은 물론 장착위치가 서어보 모우터의 원점 상태와 일치하도록 고정 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 브라운관의 애노드 버튼 실리콘 도포장치.
