Abstract

본 발명은 폐 스치로폴 재생장치에 관한 것으로 폐기된 스치로폴이 절단공정 및 이물질 검색공정, 1, 2차 분쇄공정을 거친다음 입자조절부에서 소정메쉬 이하의 분쇄입자를 통과시키면 미립자 분류장치에서 발포된 스치로폴 입자와 동일한 크기의 알맹이 미립자와 그 이하의 분말 입자를 각각 분류시켜 알갱이 미립자는 스치로폴로 성형하고 분말입자는 녹여서 플라스틱류의 제품을 성형시킬수 있도록한 것이다.
즉, 스치로폴을 소정크기로 절단하는 절단공정, 그 절단된 스치로폴에 있는 금속물질을 제거하는 이물질 검색공정, 발포된 스치로폴 알갱이크기로 절단하는 제1, 2차 분쇄공정, 분쇄된 입자크기의 검색공정, 알갱이입자와 분말입자로 분류시키는 미립자 분류공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 폐 스치로폴 재생장치이다.

  1. 스치로폴을 소정크기로 절단하는 절단공정, 그 절단된 스치로폴에 있어 금속물질을 제거하는 이물질 검색공정, 발포된 스치로폴 알갱이크기로 절단하는 제l, 2차 분쇄공정, 분쇄된 입자크기의 검색공정, 알맹이 입자와 분말입자로 분류시키는 미립자 분류공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한 폐 스치로폴 재생장치.
