Description
Claims (11)
- 지지대(2)에 작업부재(1)를 고정시키는 체결구(3)를 추진 장약의 연소가스의 작용하에서 구동하기 위해 통(51)내에 장착된 피스톤(6)과, 상기 통(51)의 전방에 배치된 체결구 안내부(7)와 통과의 사이에 제공되어 있으며 피스톤(6)의 과다한 추진 에너지를 흡수하여 피스톤 행정을 제한하기 위한 흡수 수단을 포함하고, 상기 흡수수단은 피스톤 헤드(11)와 협동하도록 배열된 링(22)과, 상기 피스톤 헤드와 협동하는 링과 체결구 안내부 사이에 배치되고 탄성체로 제조된 제1중간링(24)과, 피스톤 헤드와 협동하는 링(22)과 체결구 안내부 사이에서 출방향으로 이동가능하며 변형성 재료로 제조된 제2중간링(27)을 구성하는 간접 폭발식 체결구 구동장치에 있어서, 체결구 안내부(7)와 제2중간 강성링(27)은 상기 제2중간 강성링(27)의 축방향 이동거리가 압축후 중간 탄성링(24)이 축방향으로 축소된 길이와 동일하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 체결구 안내부는 제2중간 강성링(27)의 축방향 깊이가 중간 탄성링(24)이 압축된 후 축방향으로 축소된 길이와 동일하게 되어 있는 제2중간 강성링(27)을 수령하기 위한 후미 홈(25)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 두개의 중간링(24, 27)의 축방향 길이가 사용하지 않을 땡는 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤 헤드와 협동하는 링(22)은 강성체(riid material)로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 체결구 안내부(7)의 후미 홈(25)은 절두 원추형 벽을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1중간 탄성링(24)이 피스톤 헤드와 협동하는 링(22)의 이동작용을 받아 변형가능한 제2중간링(27)이 체결구 안내부(7)의 후미부에 접하는 순간까지 팽창하도록 하기 위하여 두개의 중간링 주위에 환형 공간(32)을 제공하는 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제2중간 강성링(27)의 축방향 이동거리와 상기 환형 공간(32)의 용적은 중간 탄성링의 변형단계가 종료하여 중간 강성링(27)이 체결구 안내부(7)의 후방 바닥에 접할때 상기 용적이 영이 되지 않는 그러한 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤 헤드(11)는 장약 홀더(52)를 수령하도록 속이 비어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤 헤드와 협동하는 링(22)의 축방향 길이와 탄성링의 압축상태에서의 축방향길이와 체결구 안내부(7)의 축방향 길이를 합한 크기와, 뿐만 아니라 탄성링에서 돌출하도록 되어 있는 피스톤(6)의 전방 부분의 길이는 폭발후에 피스톤의 전단부가 체결구 안내부(7)에서 돌출하지 않도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 두개의 중간링(24, 27)은 슬리브이고, 하나의 중간링은 변형성을 가지고, 다른 하나의 중간링은 탄성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤 헤드(11)는 절두 원추형부(14)를 포함하고, 피스톤 헤드와 협동하는 링(22)은 상기 절두 원추형부와 대응하는 형상의 구멍(23)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체결구 구동장치.
