Claims (5)
- 복수의 마찰 계합 요소에 대한 공급 유압을 각각 전자 제어하여 이들 마찰 계합 요소를 선택적으로 계합시키는 것에 의해 복수의 변속단을 달성하도록한 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속단을 중립 위치로부터 주행단으로 전환하는 변속단 전환 수단과, 차량의 운전 상태를 판정하는 운전 상태 판정 수단과, 제1의 변속단을 달성하는 상기 복수의 마찰 계합 요소중의 제1의 마찰 계합 요소에 나 공급 유압을 제어하는 전자 밸브와, 상기 운전 상태 판정 수단에 의해 변속단 전화 수단의 조작이 천천히 한 조작이라고 판정되었을 경우에 상기 제1의 마찰 계합 요소에 대한 최대 유압의 공급시간이 제1의 소정시간 만큼 연장되도록 상기 전자 밸브의 작동을 제어하는 전자 밸브 제어 수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 운전상태 판정 수단은 상기 변속단 전환 수단의 위치를 검출하는 전환 수단 위치 검출 장치와, 상기 차량의 속도를 검출하는 차속 검출 수단과, 기관의 부하를 검출하는 기관 부하 검출 수단을 지니며, 상기 전자 밸브는 상기 제1의 마찰 계합 요소 및 제1의 마찰 계합 요소와 함께 작용하여 제2의 변속단을 달성하는 상기 복수의 마찰 계합 요소중 제2의 마찰 계합 요소에 대한 공급 유압을 각각 제어하며, 상기 전자 밸브 제어 수단은 상기 제1의 소정 시간 만큼 연장한 후의 상기 차량의 운전 상태가 차량이 정지하고 또 상기 기관이 저부하일 경우에 상기 제2의 변속단을 달성시키는 제2의 소정 시간 만큼 유압 연장하여 상기 제1의 변속단을 달성시키는 제3의 스텝을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 운전 상태 판정 수단은 상기 변속단 전환 수단의 위치를 검출하는 전환 수단 위치 검출 장치와, 상기 차량용 자동 변속기의 입력 회전 속도를 검출하는 입력 회전 속도 검출 장치와, 상기 차량의 속도를 검출하는 차속 검출 장치를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 운전 상태 판정 수단은 차량이 정지하고 또 상기 변속단 전환 수단이 중립 위치로부터 주행단으로 전환되고나서 소정 시간 만큼 경과한 후의 상기 입력 회전 속도 검출 장치의 출력이 소정치보다도 높은 것을 검출한 경우, 상기 변속단 전환 수단이 천천히 조작된 것을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 변속 장치의 변속 제어 장치.
- 복수의 마찰 계합 요소에 대한 각각 전자 제어하여 이들 마찰 계합 요소를 선택적으로 계합시키는 것에 의해, 복수의 변속단을 달성하도록 한 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속단이 중립으로 전환된 것을 검출하는 변속단 전환 수단과, 차량의 속도를 검출하는 차속 검출 수단과, 기관에 대한 부하를 검출하는 기관 부하 검출 수단과, 제1의 변속단을 달성하는 상기 복수의 마찰 계합 요소중의 제1의 마찰 계합 요소 및 이 제1의 마찰 계합 요소와 함께 작용하여 제2의 변속단을 달성하는 상기 복수의 마찰 계합 요소중의 제2의 상기 마찰 계합 요소에 대한 공급 유압을 각각 제어하는 전자 밸브와, 상기 차량용 자동 변속기의 변속단이 중립 위치로부터 주행단으로 전환되어질 때, 상기 차량이 정지하고 또 기관이 저부하일 경우에 상기 제2의 변속단을 달성시키도록 전자 밸브를 제어하는 것과 함께 기관에 대한 부하의 증대가 검출되었을 경우에 상기 제2의 마찰 계합 요소로부터 소정 시간 만큼 유압을 빼낸 후에 제1의 마찰 계합 요소로 최대 유압을 공급하여 제1의 변속단을 달성시키도록 상기 전자 밸브를 제어하는 전자 밸브 제어 수단을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 변속 장치의 변속 제어 장치.
