Claims (6)
- 광원으로 사용되는 반도체 레이저(4)와 ; 반도체 레이저로부터 발생하는 발산광을 광디스크 상에 접속시키는 대물렌즈(2)와 ; 광디스크에 의해 반사되어 대물렌즈를 통과한 후, 집속되는 레이저 빔을 집속시키는 4분할 홀로그램(3)과 ; 4분할 홀로그램들에 의해 회절, 집속되는 레이저 빔을 검지하는 4분할 포토디텍터로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4분할 홀로그램(3 ; H1, H2, H3, H4)은 홀로그램(H1)의 광축이 포토디텍터(P1), 홀로그램(H2)의 광축이 포토디텍터(P3), 홀로그램(H3)의 광축이 포토디텍터(P2), 홀로그램(H4)의 광축이 포토디텍터(P4)의 중심을 통과하도록 구성되어 상기 홀로그램(H1)에 의해 집속되는 레이저 빔은 포토디텍터(P1)을 지나서 접속되고, 홀로그램(H2)에 의해 집속되는 레이저 빔은 포토디텍터(P3)를 지나기 전에, 홀로그램(H3)에 의해 집속되는 레이저 빔은 포토디텍터(P2)를 자나기 전에, 홀로그램(H4)에 의해 집속되는 레이저 빔은 포토디텍터(P4)를 지나서 집속하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 4분할 홀로그램(H1, H2, H3, H4)의 참조광의 위치는 반도체 레이저의 발광점 즉, L1으로 하고 물체광 위치는 각각 Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4로 하며, 상기 홀로그램(H1, H2, H3, H4)의 물체광 위치 Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4의 관계가 다음과 같은 조건을 만족하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.Q1(z)>L2, Q4(z)>L2, Q2(z)<L2, Q3(z)<L2Q1(x)<0, Q2(x)<0, Q3(x)>0, Q4(x)>0여기서, L1 : 4분할 홀로그램으로부터 반도체 레이저까지의 거리L2 : 4분할 홀로그램으로부터 4분할 포토디텍터까지의 거리Q1 : 홀로그램 H1의 물체광 위치(object beam point)Q 2 : 홀로그램 H2의 물체광 위치(object beam point)Q 3 : 홀로그램 H3의 물체광 위치(object beam point)Q 4 : 홀로그램 H4의 물체광 위치(object beam point)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포토디텍터(5)(P1, P2, P3, P4)의 크기는 레이저 빔이 광디스트에 정확하게 집속되었을 때 각 분할 포토디텍터들에 의해 차단되는 레이저 빔의 크기로 결정되며, 반도체 레이저(4)는 4분할 홀로그램(3) 중심선상에 설치되고, 포토디텍터는 광디스크 상에 레이저 빔의 집속위치가 변할 때 포토디텍터 상에서 변화가 크게 나타나도록 반도체 레이저보다 4분할 홀로그램으로부터 먼 거리(L1<L2)에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치 .
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포토디텍터(P1)과 (P4)의 전기적 신호를 합한 신호와 포토디텍터(P2)와 (P3)의 전기적 신호를 합한 신호의 차로 포커스 에러가 보정되며, 포토디텍터(P1)과 (P2)의 전기적 신호를 합한 신호와 포토디텍터(P3)과 (P4)의 전기적 신호를 합한 신호와의 차이로 트랙킹 에러가 보정되고, 포토디텍터(P1, P2, P3, P4)의 전기적 신호 모두를 합한 값이 광디스크상에 기록된 정보 독취용으로 사용되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 전기적 신호들의 차이는 포토디텍터(P1, P2, P3, P4)에 입사되는 레이저 빔의 크기 변화에 의하여 발생되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 장치.
