전자동 세탁기의 터브 고정장치

본 고안은 전자동 세탁기의 터브고정장치에 관한 것으로 특히 제품의 구조적 특성에 알맞도록 베이스 패킹을 형성시켜서 필요한 부분만 지지하게 함으로써 완충효과 및 원가 절감 효과를 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다.
일반적인 세탁기에는 제품의 외부를 이루고 있는 상부커버(1)와 아웃케이스(2)및 소음방지를 위한 베이스(3)가 있고 내부에는 아웃터브어셈(4)과, 아웃터브어셈(4)의 유동을 방지하기 위한 베스스텐드(5)로 구성되고 상기와 같은 세탁기 포장구조는 도면 제1도 내지 제3도에서와 같이 제품의 하부보호 및 아웃터브어셈의 유동을 방지하기 위한 페킹베이스어셈(6)과, 제품의 상부보호를 위한 패킹어퍼(87), 그리고 취급도중 취급자가 포장된 제품을 밟았을때 보호를 위한 페킹센터(9)및 박스(7)로 구성하며, 이러한 구성의 종래 포장순서는 상부커버(1)에서 베이스스텐드(5)까지 조립된 제품을 베이스패킹어셈(6)의 중앙홈(6)에 상기 베이스 스텐드(5)를 끼워지게 하여 베이스 패킹 어셈(6) 조립한 후 포장박스(7)를 씌워서 상부보호를 위한 패킹어퍼(8)및 패킹센터(9)를 조립하고 박스(7)를 접게되면 포장이 완료된다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 포장상태는 도면 제2도의 상세도에서와 같이 아웃케이스(2)와 베이스(3)와 아웃터브어셈(4)과 베이스스텐트(5)로 이루어진 제품이 패킹베이스 어셈(6)에 얹혀 있으므로 취급과정에서 유동발생시 작은 힘에도 패킹베이스 어셈의 파손이 발생하여 제품의 불량을 유발시키고 더구나 일체형으로 된 베이스패킹 어셈의 재질이 스치로폴이고 제품과의 조립시에 서로 고정이 되지 않기 때문에 약간의 충격에도 파손되어 불량을 발생시키는 문제점들이 뒤따랐다.
본 고안은 상기의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 안출한 것으로서 이것은 특히 제품의 하부를 보호하기 위한 패킹베이스 어셈을 아웃터브어셈 보호용 패킹베이스 센터와 모서리완충용 각 모서리패킹으로 분리형성시켜 골판지에 조립하게 한 것을 특징으로 하며 이를 첨부도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
즉 도면 제4도에서와 같이 제품외부에 상부커버(1)와 아웃케이스(2) 및 소음방지를 위한 베이스(3')가 있고 제품 내부에 아웃터브어셈(4)과 아웃터브어셈의 유동방지를 위한 베이스스텐드(5)로 구성된 세탁기에 있어서, 본 고안에 의한 상기 세탁기 포장구조는 상부보호를 위해 패킹어퍼(8)와 패킹센터(9) 및 박스(7)를 구비시키고, 제품의 하부보호를 위한 본 고안의 분리형 패킹베이스어셈(10)은 도면 제5도 및 제6도에서와 같이 상기 아웃터브어셈(4)의 유동을 방지하기 위한 패킹 베이스센터(11)와, 제품의 각 모서리 완충을 위한 각각의 모서리패킹(12a)(12b)(12c)(12d), 그리고 상기 패킹베이스 센터와 각 모서리패킹을 조립 부착할수있게한 박스형태의 골판지(13)로 구성하고, 상기에서의 패킹베이스센터(11)는 도면 제7도에서와 같이 그 윗부분에는 상기 아웃터브어셈(4)을 끼워 조립하기 위한 아웃터브어셈고정 중앙홈(11a)을 아래부분에는 아래쪽을 향하면서 완충 효과를 크게하기 위한 완충홈(11b)을 상기 아웃터브 어셈고정홈(11a)에 엇갈리게 형성시키며, 상기 패킹베이스 센터(11)의 표면을 이루는 경사면에는 베이스지지단(11c)을 형성시켜 세탁기 하부의 베이스(3')를 끼워 맞출수 있게 한다.
한편 상기 각각의 모서리 패킹(12a)(12b)(12c)(12d)은 도면 제8도에 나타난 바와 같이 각각 다리삽입홈과 베이스지지면을 형성시킨 4개의 모서리패킹을 하나의 사각형위에 동일한 형태로 형성시켜 4등분할 수 있게 형성한다.
그리고, 상기 베이스패킹센터(11)에 형성된 베이스지지단(11c)과 각 모서리패킹(12a)(12b)(12c)(12d)에 형성된 베이스 지지면에 대응시켜 끼워 맞출수 있도록 도면 제5도 상세도에서와 같이 베이스(3')의 중앙부분에 페킹 압착부(3a)를 형성시켜 아웃터브어셈(4)의 무게에 의한 충격이나 유동을 최종적으로 베이스(3')가 받을수 있도록 구성한다.
이와 같이 구성되는 본 고안의 포장동작은 도면 제9도에서와 같이 우선 골판지(13)의 외곽을 점선을 따라 화살표 방향으로 접어서 윗면이 업는 박스형태를 만든 다음 제8도에서와 같이 하나의 사각형내에 각각의 모서리패킹(12a)(12b)(12c)(12d)을 동일한 형태로 형성시켜 4등분한 것을 상기 박스형태의 골판지(13) 모서리에 부착하며 아울러 제품의 베이스(3')중앙부에 연장된 패킹압착부(3a)에 끼워지는 형태로 형성된 패킹베이스센터(11)를 골판지(13)의 중앙부분에 부착하여 패킹베이스어셈(10)을 만들어 상부커버(1)에서 베이스스텐드(5)까지 조립된 제품을 조립시킨다.
이에 아웃터브어셈(4)은 베이스스텐드 (4)를 통하여 분리형으로 구성된 패킹베이스에셈(10)에 조립되며, 이때 제품의 베이스(3')는 패킹베이스센터(11) 표면의 경사면에 형성된 베이스 지지단(11c)에 그 중앙부분의 패킹압착부(3a)가 끼워지게 되므로 취급과정에서 제품의 하부완충 및 아웃터브어셈(4)의 유동을 충분히 방지할 수 있으며, 상기의 상태에서 박스(7)를 씌운후 제품의 상부보호를 위한 패킹어퍼(8) 및 패킹센터(9)를 조립시키고 박스의 날개를 안쪽으로 접으면 포장이 완료된다.
따라서, 본 고안은 패킹베이스 센터와 모서리 패킹이 분리된 형태로 되어 베이스가 끼워져 조립되므로 아웃터브어셈의 유동으로 발생된 힘이나 충격은 베이스스텐드와 패킹 베이스 센터를 통하여 충분한 완충이 이루어진 후 제품의 베이스에 전달되게 되어 터브유동 및 제품불량을 방지할 수 있고 필요한 부분에만 포장제가 삽입되는 형태이므로 원가를 낮출 수 있는 유용함이 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 세탁기 포장구조에 있어서, 세탁기 아웃터브어셈(4)을 끼워 고정하도록 된 패킹 베이스센터(11)와, 세탁기의 각 모서리 완충을 위한 각각의 모서리 패킹(12a)(12b)(12C)(12d)를 구비하여 상기 패킹 베이스센터(11)와 모서리 패킹(12a)(12b)(12c)(12d)을 각각 박스형 골판지(13)의 중앙부와 네 모서리부에 구성하여 상기 패킹 베이스센터(11)와 모서리 패킹(12a)(12b)(12c)(12d)으로 세탁기를 지지함을 특징으로 하는 전자동 세탁기의 터브고정장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패킹 베이스센터(11) 표면의 경사면에 베이스 지단(11c)을 형성시켜 중앙부분이 연장되어 패킹압착부(3a)를 이룬 베이스(3')로 끼워 조립되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자동세탁기의 터브고정장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 패킹 베이스센터(11)의 아랫부분에 아웃터브어셈 고정홈과 엇갈리는 위치의 완충홈(11b)을 형성시킨 구성을 특징으로 하는 전자동 세탁기의 터브고정장치.
