Abstract

본 발명은, 제직공정 직후에 연속적으로, 직기 다음에 설치된 처리조 속에서 20 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수성 욕속에서 수축 공정을 개시하여 직물을 치밀화시킨 다음 건조 영역으로 이동시킴을 포함하여, 합성 섬유로부터 통기성이 특별하게 조정된 피복되지 않은 산업용 직물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은 에어 백용 직물을 제조하는데 특히 적합하다.

Description

피복되지 않은 산업용 직물의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 제직 공정에 통합된 가공 영역을 나타낸다. 제2도는 욕 온도에 대한 처리욕에서 시작된 수축의 의존성을 나타낸다. 제3도는 본 발명에서 기술된 첫번째 형태의 처리조(treatment vat)를 나타낸다.

Claims (12)

  1. 제직공정 직후에 20 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수성욕 속에서 직물의 수축을 역직기에서 연속적으로 개시하고, 이어서 건조시킴을 포함하는, 합성 섬유의 사로부터 통기성이 특별하게 조정된 피복되지 않은 산업용 직물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 욕의 온도가 60 내지 100℃인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 욕의 온도가 90 내지 95℃인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 욕의 온도가 20 내지 60℃인 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 욕을 포함하는 처리조(6) 다음에 위치하는 롤러 쌍(12 및/ 또는 14) 중의 하나 이상이 처리조(6) 앞에 위치하는 롤러 쌍(5)보다 2 내지 12% 더 느리게 작동되는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 욕을 포함하는 처리조(6)를 통과한 후에 건조영역(13)이 연속되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제직 공정이, 수축이 개시되는 워터 제트 직기에서 수행되며, 제조된 직물의 나머지 수축이 수성 욕 속에서 직기에서 제직공정 직후에 연속적으로 수행됨을 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 적용하여 제조한, 500Pa의 시험 차압에서 측정한 통기성이 201/dm2ㆍmin미만으로 낮은 피복되지 않은 산업용 직물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 적용하여 제조한, 500Pa의 시험 차압에서 측정한 통기성이 101/dm2ㆍmin미만인 통기성이 낮은 피복되지 않은 산업용 직물.
  10. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 적용하여 제조한, 500Pa의 시험 차압에서 측정한, 특별하게 조정된 통기성 값이 20 내지 1201/dm2ㆍmin인 피복되지 않은 산업용 직물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 적용하여 제조한, 에어 백용 접촉 직물.
  12. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 적용하여 제조한, 에어 백용 접촉 직물.
