Claims (3)
- 나선형으로 권취된 평판상의 띠판형 금속재(1)로 되어 있는 파형관으로서, 상기 띠판이 제 1합성수지층(11)으로 전체가 피복되며 띠판의 종방향 중심부에서의 단면형상이 거의 U자형 리세스이고 양 가장자리에 링상의 돌출부(13)가 형성되어 있으며, 나선형으로 권취된 띠판의 링상 돌출부가 형성되어 있는 인접 가장자리의 결합부의 외주에 제 2합성수지층(15)이 형성되어 있으며, 제 3합성수지층(14)이 리세스부(12)의 뒷쪽에 형성되어 있으며, 제 4합성수지층(16)이 리세스부의 앞쪽에 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 파형관.
- 양표면이 합성수지층(11)으로 피복된 띠판형 금속재(1)를 나선형으로 권취하여 파형관을 제조하는 방법으로서, 띠판형 금속재(1)를 다수쌍의 상하 로울러(31-36)에 통과시켜 띠판의 종방향 중심부에서의 단면형상의 거의 U자형인 리세스부(12)와 띠판의 양가장자리에 형성되어 있는 링상 돌출부(13)를 형성시키며, 상기 띠판을 한쌍의 제어 로울러(30), 제 1굽힘 로울러(38) 및 제 2굽힘 로울러(39)에 연속적으로 통과시키므로써, 리세스가 외측으로 향한 소정의 곡률을 갖는 나선형으로 권취된 띠판을 형성하는 단계와, 운송수단(5)으로 나선형으로 권취된 띠판을 전지, 회전시키고 그 동안에 제 1압출기(6)로부터 띠판의 리세스부의 뒷쪽으로 용융수지를 압출하고, 동시에 리세스부(12)의 뒷쪽에 용융수지의 표면을 압압로울러(56)로써 가압하여 소정의 두께를 갖는 합성수지층을 형성하도록 하는 단계와, 나선형으로 권취된 띠판의 인접 가장 자리를 접합시키고, 서로 접촉하고 있는 인접 가장자리의 외주면을 제 2압출기(7)에서 압출된 용융수지로 피복시키고, 압압로울러(57)로 용융수지의 표면을 가압하는 단계와, 수지층이 제 2압출기(7)에 의햐여 형성되어 있는 인접한 가장지리의 외주부와 리세스부(12)의 외표면을 제 3압출기(8)에 의하여 용융수지를 피복하고, 압압로울러(58)로써 융용수지의 표면을 가압하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형관의 제조방법.
- 파형관을 제조하고 양표면이 합성수지층으로 피복된 평판상의 띠판형 금속재를 굽히는 굽힘수단(38,39), 나선형으로 권취된 띠판을 전진, 회전시키는 운송수단(5), 용융수지공급용 제 1,2및 3압출기(6,7,8)및 각각의 압출기로 부터 압출된 용융수지를 가압하는 제 1,2,3 및 4압압로울러(56,57,58,59)를 구성하는 파형관 제조장치로서, 굽힘수단이 띠판의 종방향의 중심부에서 단면형상이 거의 U자형인 리세스부(12)가 형성되고 띠판의 양 가장자리에 링상의 돌출부(13)가 형성되도록 띠판을 굽히는데 적당한 다수쌍의 상하 로울러(31-36), 한쌍의 상하 제어 로울러(37), 그리고 조합하여 리세스부가 외측으로 향하는 나선형으로 띠판을 굽히는 지지하는 제 1및 제 2 굽힘 로울러(38,39)를 구비하고, 제 1압출기(6)는 나선형으로 권취된 띠판의 뒷쪽으로 용융수지를 압출하고 피복하며, 제 1압압로울러(56)는 용융수지의 표면을 가압하여 리세스의 뒷쪽에 용융수지를 접착시키며, 운송수단(5)은 나선형으로 권취된 띠판의 인접한 가장자리가 서로 접촉하도록 하고 띠판(1)는 전진하며, 제 2압출기(7)는 나선형으로 권취된 띠판의 인접 가장지라의 외주면상에 용융수지를 압출시키며, 제 2압압로울러(57)는 용융수지의 표면을 가압하고, 제 3 압출기(8)는 리세스부(12)의 외주면과 나선형으로 권취된 띠판의 인접 가장자리의 외주부상에 용융수지를 압출시키며, 그리고 제 3및 제4 압압로울러(58,59)가 리세스와 인접 가장자리상의 용융수지의 표면을 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파형관 제조방법.
