Abstract

본 발명은 유해전자파 차폐 및 중화체(Ni,Zn,Mn,Fe2O3계 Ferrite) 제조방법에 관한 것으로서 아연, 니켈, 망간계 페라이트를 이용하여 혼합, 성형, 열처리 등을 거쳐 소프트화하여 제조하며 소프트쪽의 Fe2O3를 파우더(POWDER) 처리하여 유해전자파를 효과적으로 차폐 및 중화시키도록 한 것이다. 상기와 같은 공정으로 제조된 유해전자파 차폐 및 중화체를 유해전자파가 방사되는 컴퓨터, T.V, 자동차, 전자렌지, 휴대폰, 무선호출기 등의 제품에 부착하여 정신 생리학적 질병의 원인인 유해전자파(X선, 자외선, 전리 방사선 등)에 의하여 형성되는 자기장이 인체에 끼쳐 빚어지는 질병을 효과적으로 보호할 수 있도록 차폐 및 중화시키며, 특히 마이크로파를 효과적으로 차폐 중화시켜 V.D.T 증후군으로부터 보호할 수 있는 매우 유용한 고안이다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing harmful electromagnetic shielding and neutralizers (Ni, Zn, Mn, Fe 2 O 3 based ferrite), which is produced by softening through mixing, molding, heat treatment, etc. using zinc, nickel, manganese ferrite.
