Claims (6)
- 유리점도가 105-107poise에 해당하는 온도를 가지는 예비가열실로 곱(Gob) 프리포옴을 이송시키는 단계와, 상기 이송된 곱 프리포옴의 하면을 예비가열실내에 있는 열변형 금형면과 전사시켜 줌과 동시에 프리포옴의 상면을 예비가열실에 그대로 노출시켜 자유표면 프리포옴으로 만드는 예비 형성단계와, 상기 예비성형된 프리포옴을 105-107poise의 유리점도를 가지는 열간가압실로 이송시킨 다음 소정압력으로 성형하여 광학소자를 얻는 최종성형 단계를 포함하여서 된 초정밀 광학소자용 유리의 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열간가압실의 성형압력은 50-1000Kgf/cm2인 초정밀 광학소자용 유리의 성형방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 열간가압시킨 후 유리점도가 1012.5-1014.5poise가 될때까지 가압상태를 유지하면서 냉각시키도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 초정밀 광학소자용 유리의 성형방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 자유표면 프리포옴을 얻는 공정이나 최종광학소자를 얻는 공정에서 불활성가스인 N2를 진공상태로 주입시키면서 성형하도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 초정밀 광학소자용 유리의 성형방법.
- 본체(1)에 설치되어 곱 프리포옴(2)을 자유표면 프리포옴(3)으로 성형하는 예비가열실(4)과, 상기 예비가열실의 일측에 설치되어 일정압력으로 자유표면 프리포옴을 가압시키는 열간가압실(5)과, 상기 열간가압실(6) 내부에 성형을 위해 설치된 정밀금형(7)을 가압해 주는 실린더램(8)과, 상기 예비가압실과 열간가압실의 일측에 설치된 로딩실(9) 및 배출실(10)과, 상기 로딩실과 배출실에 설치되어 곱 프리포옴이나 성형된 광학소자를 이송시키는 로보트(12)(13)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 초정밀 광학소자용 유리의 성형장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 로딩실(9)과 예비가열실(4), 열간가압실(6)과 배출실(10) 사이에 셔터(14)(15)를 설치하여 상기 예비가열실(4)과 열간가열실(6)을 외부공기와 차단시킬 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 초정밀 광학소자용 유리의 성형장치.
