Abstract
본 발명은 유료 고속도로 등에서 요금을 징수하는 처리수단과 관련된 것으로서, 종래에는 이러한 수단이 바코드 시스템이나 광학처리의 카메라 구동수단 등으로 시스템이 구성되어져 있었기 때문에 비교적 차량운행에 따라 차량측에 탑재시킨 피인식매체가 광학적 판독수단에 의존하는 자동검출 처리기의 인식능률을 양호하게 기대하기 어려울 뿐만 아니라 광학 판독수단 또한 그것이 광학적 인식 창을 갖고 있기 때문에 노천에 설치되는 인식기의 신뢰성도 기대할 수 없는 것이고 특히 차량에 설치한 인식기를 고의 훼손 또는 외부적 요인으로 망실하였을 때는 이에 대한 아무런 대책을 강구할 수 없어 이러한 시스템의 적극적 실용화에 장애가 되어 왔다.The present invention relates to a processing means for collecting a fee on a toll highway, etc. In the past, since such a system is constituted by a barcode system or a camera driving means of optical processing, a recognition system mounted on a vehicle side in accordance with a relatively vehicle operation is known.
