본 발명은 타일이 부착된 판넬의 제조방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로 하부형틀내에 다수의 타일을 뒤집어서 배열시키는 공정과, 배열된 타일의 사이에 접착 테이프를 접착시킴과 아울러 그 가장자리에 발포 테이프를 접착시키는 공정과, 상기 하부형틀의 상측에 위치되는 상부형틀의 저면에 이면재를 부착시키는 공정과, 상기 상부형틀내로 캐비티내에 발포성수지를 주입하여 일체적으로 고화시키는 공정으로 이루어진 타일이 부착된 판넬의 제조방법 및 타일(T)이 다수개 뒤집어서 배열되고 길이 및 폭의 조절이 가능케 되며 내측에 형성된 캐비티(7)내로 발포성 수지(31)가 충진되는 바닥판(2)을 갖춘 하부형틀(1)과, 상기 하부형틀(1)이 안착되며 내부에 열선(11)이 매설되어 승강작동 가능케되는 받침대(10)와, 상기 하부형틀(1)의 상측에 위치되어 수지공급수단(30)으로부터 수지(31)가 주입되는 주입통로(22)를 갖춘 상부형틀(20)로 이루어진 타일이 부착된 판넬의 제조장치로써 제조가 용이하고 제조코스트가 단축되며 부착강도를 더욱 증대시킬 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a panel to which a tile is attached, and a device thereof.
