Claims (8)
- 절연슈트, 특히 광물면으로 구성된 절연슈트의 제조장치로서, 코어 상에 절연재료의 플라이(ply)를 감기위한 감김수단과, 코어 상에 감겨진 절연재료를 경화시키기 위한 경화수단과, 경화된 절연재료를 코어로부터 제거하기 위한 제거수단과, 그리고 코어가 제거된 빈 롤을 상기 감김수단으로 이송시키기 위한 수단으로 구성되어 있는 장치에 있어서, 상기 코어(12)가 무한궤도를 가지는 이동장치(1) 상에서 그룹을 이루고 있고, 상기 이동장치(1)가 상기 코어(12)의 그룹들 사이로 각각 상기 그룹에 포함되어 있는 코어의 수에 해당하는 빈공간을 포함하고 있으며, 상기 이동장치(1)가, 각각의 상기 그룹의 첫 번째 코어가 상기 감김수단에 도달할 때는 하나의 그룹에 있는 각각의 코어들 사이의 간격에 해당하는 거리만큼, 그리고 각각의 상기 그룹의 마지막 코어가 상기 감김수단을 떠날 때는 상기 그룹들 사이의 공간을 해당하는 거리만큼, 단계적으로 움직이도록 배열되어 있으며, 절연재료를 경화시키기 위한 상기 경화수단(5)이 한번에 한 그룹의 코어를 경화시키도록 배열되어서, 상기 이동장치(1)로부터 전체적으로 한 그룹을 분리시켜 경화시킨 후에 상기 이동장치 상에 있는 다음 그룹의 코어의 앞쪽에 있는 빈공간으로 복귀시키는 것들을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경화된 절연재료를 코팅하기 위한 코팅수단(6)이 상기 경화수단(5) 다음으로 상기 이동장치(1)와 관련되어 배열되어서, 상기 코팅수단(6)이 상기 감김수단(4)과 동기 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코어를 제거하고 절연재를 분할하기 위한 수단(7)이 상기 경화수단(5) 다음으로 이동장치(1)와 관련되어 배열되어서, 상기 수단(7)이 감김수단(4)과 동기 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감김수단(4)이 절연재료를 감는 시간 동안에 상기 이동장치(1)로부터 코어(12)를 분리시키고, 감김이 완료된 후에 다시 상기 이동장치(1) 상으로 복귀시키도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 상기 항들중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 이동장치(1)가 동일 평면에 위치된 두 개의 아이들러바퀴(2), (3)에 의해서 움직이며, 그 양단부(22)에서 분리 가능하게 상기 각각의 코어(12)를 지지하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 제거 및 절연재 분할수단(7) 뿐만 아니라 상기 코팅수단(6)도 상기 이동장치(1)의 이동경로 상의 상부에 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 이동장치(1)가 이동장치에 대해서 회전하지 않는 코어지지체(26)를 포함하고 있고, 상기 코어지지체(26)가 상기 이동장치(1)의 상하부에 각각 상기 코어를 지지하는 지지수단(27), (32)을 포함하여서, 상기 이동장치(1)의 상기 아이들러 바퀴(2), (3) 부근에서 상기 코어가 중력의 작용에 의하여 상기 지지수단(27), (32) 중 어느 하나로부터 다른 하나로 그리고 그와 반대로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 이동장치(1)의 이동경로의 상부에 제공된 상기 지지수단(27)이 쐐기 모양 놋치로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
