Claims (13)

1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄, 플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르 및 비스(디플루오로메틸)에테르 가운데 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 최소한 1개의 플루오린과 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르의 혼합물로 구성되는 냉매 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄, 플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르 및 비스(디플루오로메틸)에테르 가운데 선택된 최소한 1개의 화합물 95-5wt%와 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸에테르 5-95wt%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉매 조성물.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르와 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉매 조성물.
제3항에 있어서, 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르와 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄으로 본질적으로 이루어지는 냉매 조성물.
제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르 25-75wt%와 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄 75-25wt%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉매 조성물.
제5항에 있어서, 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르 25-50wt%와 1, 1, 1, 2-테트라플루오로에탄 75-50wt%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉매 조성물.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르와 플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉매 조성물.
제7항에 있어서, 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르와 플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르로 본질적으로 이루어지는 냉매 조성물.
제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 디플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르 25-75wt%와 플루오로메틸 트리플루오로메틸 에테르 72-25wt%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 냉매 조성물.
제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항의 냉매조성물을 함유하는 열전달 장치.
열전달 장치에 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항의 냉매 조성물을 사용하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항의 냉매 조성물을 응축시킨뒤, 냉각 대상체와의 열 교환을 통해 당해 냉매 조성물을 증발시키는 냉각 제공방법.
가열대상체와의 열교환을 통해 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항의 냉매 조성물을 응축시킨뒤, 당해 냉매 조성물을 증발시키는 열 제공방법.
