Abstract

열가소성 물질의 분말 분산액을 함유하는 욕 중에서 연속강화-섬유 스트랜드를 열가소성 물질로 함침시켜 단일 방향으로 강화된 복합 물질을 제조하기 위한 연속 방법이 기술되어 있다.
함침 욕으로부터 배출된 스트랜드의 폭을 측정하고 측정된 수치를 사용하여 욕 중에서의 중합체의 농도를 조절한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 열가소성 분말 분산액의 욕으로부터 배출된 섬유 스트랜드의 폭을 측정하고 측정된 수치를 사용하여 분산액의 중합체 함량을 조절함을 특징으로 하여, 열가소성 분말 분산액의 욕을 통해 종방향으로 섬유 스트랜드를 이동시키고, 분산 매질을 제거하고 열가소성 물질이 용융될 때까지 섬유 스트랜드를 가열하여 열가소성 물질의 함량이 일정한 단일 방향으로 강화된 복합물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분산액의 점도가 500mPas이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 분산액에 가해진 분산 보조제의 양이 기제 분산액을 기준으로 하여 0.3이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 8m/min이상의 인취속도가 달성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제조된 복합물의 열가소성 물질의 함량에 있어서 일시적인 변화가 복합물중에 존재하는 열가소성 물질의 용적의 3%이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 유리 섬유, 아르아미드 섬유 및 HT 탄소섬유가 사용되는 경우, 제조된 복합물의 인장 강도가 이론상의 인장 강도의 85%이상임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
