Abstract

커넥터 장치(10)는 집적회로 팩(14)과 인쇄회로 기판(16)을 상호 접속시킨다. 이 장치는 인쇄회로 기판 상에의 설치를 위한 그리고 집적회로 팩이 삽입 및 이로부터 방출되는 헤더 커넥터(12)를 포함한다. 헤더 커넥터 상의 복수개의 단자(24)들은 집적회로 팩을 인쇄회로 기판 상의 전기 트레이스에 접속시키도록 구성되어 있다. 집적회로 팩 방출기 기구(18)는 헤더 커넥터 상에 설치되고, 집적회로 팩을 헤더 커넥터 단자들로부터 방출시키기 위해 왕복 이동식으로 설치된 작동기 부재를 포함한다. 전기 스위치(30)는 헤더 커넥터상에 마련되고, 집적회로 팩의 삽입 또는 방출시에 작동기 부재의 이동에 반응하여 작동한다. 이 스위치는 인쇄회로 기판 상의 전기 트레이스에 접속된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 집적회로 팩과 인쇄회로 기판을 상호 접속시키는 커넥터 장치에 있어서, 집적회로 팩이 삽입 및 그로부터 방출되는 인쇄회로 기판 상에의 설치를 위한 헤더 커넥터와, 집적회로 팩을 인쇄회로 기판 상의 전기 트레이스에 접속시키도록 구성되고 헤더 커넥터 상에 있는 복수개의 단자들과, 헤더 커넥터로부터 집적회로 팩을 분리시키도록 구성된 왕복 이동식으로 설치된 작동기 부재를 구비하고 헤더 커넥터 상에 설치된 집적회로 팩 방출기 기구를 포함하며, 집적회로 팩의 이동에 반응하여 작동하도록 구성되고 헤더 커넥터 상에 있는 전기 스위치를 포함하며, 이 전기 스위치가 작동기 부재의 이동 경로에 위치하고 한쌍의 이격된 접속부들 중 하나를 갖는 작동부를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이격된 접속부들이 방출기 기구 내에서 작동기 부재의 이동에 반응하여 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 작동기 부재가 보스를 포함하며, 한쌍의 이격된 접속부들 중 하나가 이동가능하고 보스의 이동 경로에 위치함으로써 상기 쌍의 이격된 접속부들 중 하나가 집적회로 팩의 분리시에 스위치를 폐쇄시키도록 상기 이격된 접속부들 중 다른 것에 결합되도록 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치.
  4. 집적회로 팩과 인쇄회로 기판을 상호 접속시키는 커넥터 장치에 있어서, 집적회로 팩이 삽입 및 그로부터 방출되는 인쇄회로 기판 상에의 설치를 위한 헤더 커넥터와, 집적회로 팩을 인쇄회로 기판 상의 전기 트레이스에 접속시키도록 구성되고 헤더 커넥터 상에 있는 복수개의 단자들과, 삽입된 집적회로 팩을 삽입 위치로부터 방출 위치로 선택적으로 이동시키며, 집적회로 팩을 방출 위치로 이동시키도록 구성되어 피복식으로 설치된 방출기 레버와 집적회로 팩의 삽입 및 방출 방향과 동일한 방향으로 이동하도록 활주식으로 설치되고 작동 보스를 자체 상에 갖춘 작동기를 포함하는 방출기 기구와, 작동기에 의하여 작동되기 위하여 이 작동기의 보스의 이동경로에 위치하고 한쌍의 이격된 접속부들 중 하나를 갖는 작동부를 갖추고 헤더 커넥터 상에 있는 전기 스위치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 이격된 접속부들이 커넥터 수단으로부터의 집적회로 팩의 방출에 반응하여 폐쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 작동기 부재가 보스를 포함하며, 상기 쌍의 이격된 접속부들 중 하나가 이동가능하고 보스의 이동 경로에 위치함으로써 상기 쌍의 이격된 접속부들 중 하나가 집적회로 팩의 방출 위치로의 이동시에 스위치를 폐쇄시키도록 상기 이격된 접속부들 중 다른 것과 결합되도록 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 장치.
