Abstract

본 발명은 생율을 건조한 후 분쇄하여 외피 및 내피를 분리함으로서 황율을 만들고, 이 황율을 물에 불려 90-100메쉬의 미세가루로 분쇄한 후 체에 걸려 전분액을 채취한 후 자연 침전 또는 원심분리하여 건조함으로서 전분가루를 얻은 생율 가루의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 이 전분가루를 보관 및 유통에 적합한 단위로 포장하여 소비자는 이를 끊여서 맛있고 영양있는 밤묵을 조리할 수 있는 것이고, 수확기에 다량의 생율을 수거하여 가공함으로 농가 수익에도 유익한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 수거한 생율을 통상의 건조기로 32℃에서, 약 7~10일 정도 건조하는 공정, 스쿠류로 건조한 생율을 분쇄하여 외피와 내피를 황율로부터 송풍기를 분리하는 공정, 황율을 물에 불리어 분쇄기로 미세하게 분쇄하여 체로 걸러 전분을 채취하고, 채취물은 자연 침전 또는 원심 분리한 후 건조시키는 공정, 건조된 전분을 보관 및 유통에 적합한 단위로 포장하는 각 공정으로 생율을 전분가루로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생율가루의 제조방법.
