Claims (17)
- 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리에 있어서, 수평 제1자기 자극편과, 에어 베어링 표면까지 연장되어 노출된 경사지고 수직으로 배향된 자기 자극팁과, 상기 제1자극편을 상기 수직으로 배향된 자극 팁과 자기적으로 접속하고 상부에 있는 상기 수직으로 배향된 자극 팁과 자기적으로 연결된 제2자극편과, 상기 제1 및 제2자극편이 후방갭 영역에서 자기적으로 접속되며, 상기 제1 및 제2자극편들과 전기적으로 절연되어 유도적으로 접속되고 상기 자극편들 및 상기 자극 팁과 동작상 관련된 코일과, 상기 제1 및 제2자극편과 상기 코일을 덮는 1개 이상의 후방갭을 지나 연장하는 탄성 재료층을 포함하고 상기 자기 자극편들 및 자극 팁과 전기적 및 자기적으로 절연된 서스펜션 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 접적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자기 변환기 서스펜션 어셈블리의 외부 부분으로부터 돌출한 마모 패드를 더 포함하고 상기 마모 패드의 하부가 에어 베어링 표면을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사진 수직 배향 자극 팁이 상기 수평 제1자극편에 대하여 45도 내지 90도 범위의 각을 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 에어 베어링 표면이 상기 수평 제1자극편에 실제적으로 평행하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에어 베어링 표면이 기록 매체 표면과 접촉하여 동작하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에어 베어링 표면이 기록 매체 표면위에 근접하여 뜨게되는 플라잉 모드 동작에서 동작하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리가 총 길이 약 5∼20 밀리미터, 약 0.3∼2.0 밀리미터 범위의 전체 폭 및 약 20∼65 마이크로미터 범위의 최대 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리에 있어서, 제1선단 및 제2선단을 가지며 유전 재료로 형성되고 서스펜션 부분과 상기 제1선단에 배치된 변환기 부분을 갖도록 성형된 연장 탄성 부재, 1개 이상의 수직으로 배향되고 상기 연장된 탄성 부재의 상기 변환기 부분의 외부 표면상에 한정된 에어 베어링 표면까지 연장되어 노출된 제1자기 자극 팁을 가지며 상기 변환기 부분에서 상기 연장된 탄성 부재내에 매입된 자기 변환기 수단, 상기 자기 변환기 수단과 자기적으로 교호하며 상기 연장된 탄성 부재의 외부 표면상에 액세스하는 전기 전도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 연장된 탄성 부재의 표면에 형성되고 상기 전기 전도체와 전기적으로 교호하는 상기 연장된 탄성 부재의 제2선단에 배치된 1개 이상의 전기 접촉 패드를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.

- 디스크 드라이브 어셈블리에 있어서, 하우징; 제공된 데이타 트랙내에 데이타를 저장하기 위한 수단을 가지는 상기 하우징내에 탑재된 1개 이상의 자기 저장 매체 디스크; 상기 매체 디스크에 근접하게 상기 하우징내에 배치된 액추에이터 아암; 및 제1선단 및 제2선단을 가지며 유전 재료로 형성되고 서스펜션 부분과 상기 제1선단에 배치되는 변환기 부분을 갖도록 성형된 연장된 탄성 부재, 상기 연장된 탄성 부재의 상기 변환기 부분의 외부 표면상에 한정된 에어 베어링 표면까지 연장되어 노출된 1개 이상의 수직 배향 제1자기 자극 팁을 가지며 상기 변환기 부분에서 상기 연장된 탄성 부재내에 매입된 자기 변환기 수단 및, 상기 자기 변환기 수단과 자기적으로 교통하며 상기 연장된 탄성 부재의 외부 표면상에 액세스하는 전기 전도체를 갖고 상기 액추에이터에 결합된 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리를 포함하고, 상기 자기 매체 저장 디스크가 상기 변환기에 상대적으로 이동 가능 및 근접하고, 상기 에어 베어링 표면이 연속적으로 슬라이딩에서 상기 매체 디스크와 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제2선단에 근접한 상기 연장된 탄성 부재의 표면내에 형성된 전기 단자 패드, 및 상기 전기 단자 패드를 상기 전기 전도체에 전기적으로 접속하고 상기 서스펜션 부분의 길이를 연장된 전기 리드들을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단일 집적 자기 변환기 및 서스펜션 어셈블리.
