Abstract
히이크파이프를 이용한 평판형 태양열 집열기에 관한 것으로 더욱 상세하게는 태양열 온수급탕이론 및 기술을 바탕으로 열응답성이 대단히 빠르고 적은 온도차에서 열수송능력이 탁월한 고효율 히이트파이프를 이용한 평판형 태양열 집열기에 관한 것으로 태양열 집열장치를 구성함에 있어서, 평판형 태양열 집열기(1)에 집열판(3)이 부착된 히이트파이프(2)를 낱개로 교체 가능하도록 다수개 장입하여 그 단열부(b)는 고밀도 폴리우레탄(4)로 단열하고 응축부(c)는 흰을 부착하거나 증발부보다 큰 구경의 파이프를 사용한 형태로 직접 축열탱크(5) 내에 삽입설치하여 별도의 열교환기없이 작동되게 한 것을 특징으로 하며 이중유리나 혹은 테프론 필림 또는 허니컴 구조의 투명단열재(9)를 사용하여 열손실을 줄일 수 있도록한 히이트파이프를 이용한 태양열 집열장치.It relates to a flat plate solar collector using a heat pipe, and more specifically, to a flat plate solar collector using a high efficiency heat pipe based on solar hot water supply theory and technology, which has a very high thermal response and excellent heat transfer capability at a low temperature difference.
