Abstract

고급 화장지, 욕실용 티슈, 종이 타월 등에 유용한 종이 웹의 포메이션은 제2형성층이 제1형성층의 농도보다 상당히 낮은 농도를 갖는 층들의 웹을 형성함으로써 실질적으로 개선된다. 얻어진 포메이션의 개선은 유연성, 특히 습식 압착티슈의 유연성을 상당히 개선시키는 한편, 섬유가 티슈 표면으로부터 돌출하는 정도를 감소시킨다. 이는 또한 웹의 힌트 경향을 감소시킨다.

Claims (29)

  1. 헤드박스 분할기에 의하여 분리된 제1지료층과 제2지료층을, 제2지료층이 제1지료층의 상부에 중첩되고 제1지료층은 포밍 패브릭과 직접 접촉하도록 무한포밍 패브릭 위에 연속적으로 퇴적시켜 습윤 웹을 형성하고, 이어서 상기 습윤 웹을 건조시켜서 티슈 웹을 형성하는 적층식 헤드박스를 이용한 제지 섬유의 티슈 웹의 형성 방법에 있어서, 제1지료층의 농도에 대한 제2지료층의 농도의 비를 약 0.95 이하로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 티슈 웹의 형성 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 농도비가 약 0.7 이하인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 농도비가 약 0.5 이하인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 농도비가 약 0.1 내지 약 0.7인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 농도비가 약 0.3 내지 약 0.5인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 2개의 지료층만이 사용되는 것인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제2지료층의 상부에 중첩된 제3지료층을 추가로 포함하며, 제1지료층의 농도에 대한 제3지료층의 농도의 비가 약 0.95 이하인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 제1지료층의 농도에 대한 제3지료층의 농도의 비가 약 0.7 이하인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 제1지료층의 농도에 대한 제3지료층의 농도의 비가 약 0.7 내지 약 0.1인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 제1지료층의 제지 섬유와 제2지료층의 제지 섬유가 실질적으로 동일한 것인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제지 섬유가 연목 섬유와 경목 섬유의 혼합물인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 제1지료층의 제지 섬유가 제2지료층의 제지 섬유와 상이한 것인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 제1지료층의 제지 섬유가 주로 연목 섬유인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 제1지료층의 제지 섬유가 주로 경목 섬유인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 제1지료층의 제지 섬유가 주로 연목 섬유이고, 제2지료층의 제지 섬유가 주로 경목 섬유인 방법.
  16. 제1항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 티슈 외.
  17. 포메이션 지수가 약 150 이상인 연질 티슈.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 포메이션 지수가 약 150 내지 약 250인 티슈.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 포메이션 지수가 약 160 내지 약 200인 티슈.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 표면 섬유 지수가 약 60 이하인 티슈.
  21. 제17항에 있어서, 표면 섬유 지수가 약 50 이하인 티슈.
  22. 제17항에 있어서, 표면 섬유 지수가 약 40 내지 약 55인 티슈.
  23. 제17항에 있어서, 공극률이 약 9 이상인 티슈.
  24. 제17항에 있어서, 공극률이 약 10 이상인 티슈.
  25. 제17항에 있어서, 공극률이 약 9 내지 약 12인 티슈.
  26. 제17항에 있어서, 공극률이 약 11인 티슈.
