Description
Claims (14)
- 천연 또는 합성 중합체성 물질과 열가소성 중합체의 융점 이하의 융점을 갖는 왁스의 배합물을 포함하는 코팅물로 코팅된 미립자 무기 물질이 혼입된 열가소성 중합체(이때, 상기 중합체성 물질은 상기 코팅물중에 건조 무기 물질의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 10중량%의 양으로 존재한다)를 포함하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물이 폴리올레핀 조성물인 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 왁스가 160℃ 이하의 융점을 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 왁스의 융점이 50℃ 이상인 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 왁스가 70 내지 150℃ 범위의 융점을 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 왁스가 탄화수소 왁스인 열가소성 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 왁스가 극성 작용기를 갖는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 왁스가 탄수소 8 내지 20의 지방산과 알킬렌 디아민을 함께 반응시켜 제조된 것을 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 왁스가 건조 무기 물질의 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 5중량%의 양으로 사용된 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅된 무기 충진제가 (a) 수성 현탁액중에서 미립자 무기 물질, 왁스, 및 천연 또는 합성 라텍스 조성물을 건조 무기 물질의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 10중량%의 라텍스 고형물을 갖는 무기 물질 입자상의 코팅물을 제공하도록 하는 양으로 배합하고, (b) 상기 현탁액을 탈수 및 건조시킴을 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 열가소성 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 열가소성 조성물을 형성함으로써 제조된 부품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 자동차용 부품인 부품.
- 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 조성물에 혼합시키기 위한, 천연 또는 합성 중합체성 물질과 열가소성 중합체의 융점 이하의 융점을 갖는 왁스의 배합물을 포함하는 무기 물질 입자상의 코팅물(이때, 상기 중합체성 물질은 건조 무기 물질의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 10중량%의 양으로 상기 코팅물에 존재한다)이 코팅된 미립자 무기 물질.
- (a) 수성 현탁액중에서 미립자 무기 물질, 왁스 및 천연 또는 합성 라텍스 조성물을 건조 무기 물질의 중량을 기준으로 1 내지 10중량%의 라텍스 고형물을 갖는 무기 물질 입자상의 코팅물을 제공하도록 하는 양으로 배합하고, (b) 상기 현탁액을 탈수 및 건조시킴을 포함하는, 열가소성 중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 조성물에 혼입시키기 위한 코팅된 미립자 무기 물질의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
