Abstract

궤양의 예방과 치료촉진에 유효한 신규 항궤양제 및 그 제조법이 개시되어 있다. 항궤향제는 호모다당류인 람난, 람노오스 또는 람노오스올리고머를 유효성분으로 함유한다. 람난은 람난황산을 함유하는 조류로부터 람난황산을 분리하고, 이것에 탈황산처리를 실시하여 얻는다. 람난오스올리고머는 람난황산을 탈황산처리하여 얻어진 람난을 가수분해하거나, 비피도 박테리아 균체 또는 그 균체로부터 분리한 다당류를 가수분해하여 얻어진다.

Claims (8)

  1. 람난을 유효성분으로서 함유하는 항궤양제.
  2. 람노오스 또는 람노오스올리고머를 유효성분으로서 함유하는 항궤양제.
  3. 람난황산을 함유하는 조류(藻類)로부터 람난황산을 분리하고, 그 람난황산에 탈황산처리를 실시하여 반응생성물로부터 람난을 회수하여 그것을 항궤양제 유효성분으로 사용하는 항궤양제의 제조법.
  4. 람난황산을 함유하는 조류로부터 람난황산을 분리하고, 그 람난황산에 탈황산처리를 실시하여 얻어진 람난을 가수분해하고, 그 가수분해물로부터 저분자화한 람난 또는 람노오스올리고머중 적어도 1종의 항궤양제 유효성분으로 사용하는 항궤양제의 제조법.
  5. 비피도박테리아로부터 분리한 다당류 또는 비피도박테리아의 균체를 가수분해하여 람난을 회수하고, 가수분해 반응생성물로부터 호모다당류인 람난 또는 라노오스올리고머중 적어도 1종을 회수하여 그것을 항궤양제 유효성분으로 사용하는 항궤양제의 제조법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 박테리아가 Bifidobacterium breve YIT 4008(학명, 기탁번호 : FERM BP -4538)인 항궤양제의 제조법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 람난이 Bifidobacterium breve YIT 4008(FERM BP -4538)로부터 유도된 항궤양제.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 람노오스 또는 람노오스올리고머가 Bifidobacterium breve YIT 4008(FERM BP -4538)로부터 유도된 항궤양제.
