Abstract
서브코드 데이타와 함께 디지탈신호가 기록되어 있는 제1기록매체로부터 서브코드정보와 함께 재생출력되는 디지탈신호를 제2기록매체에 기록하는 기록방법은 이하의 기술에 따라 행한다. 제1기록매체로부터 재생된 신호가 디지탈 신호인지 아닌지 판별한다. 디지탈 신호인 것을 검출할 경우에는 제2기록매체로의 기록동작을 개시함과 동시에, 제2기록매체에 기록된 트랙번호를 변경하는 동작을 소정시간 대기상태로 한다. 소정시간경과후 제1기록매체를 재생한 디지탈신호의 무음부분이 소정시간 계속하는가 아닌가 판별한다. 무음부분의 소정시간계속하고 있다고 판별할 경우에는, 제1기록매체로부터 디지탈신호와 함께 출력된 서브코드의 트랙번호의 변화점을 검출한다. 변화점 검출후 제1기록매체로부터 디지탈신호와 함께 출력되는 서브코드의 인덱스 정보의 변화에 기초해서 제1기록매체로부터 다음에 재생된 디지탈신호의 선두위치에 도달했는지 여부를 검출한다. 선두위치에 도달한 것을 검출한 후에 제1기록매체로부터 출력되는 디지탈신호의 재생경과 시간의 계속성이 얻어지는 상태인 것과, 또한 출력된 디지탈 신호가 음성데이타를 포함하는 상태인 것을 검출되고 있는 때에 제2기록매체에 기록하는 데이타의 트랙번호를 갱신하도록 한다.The recording method for recording the digital signal reproduced and output together with the sub code information from the first recording medium on which the digital signal is recorded together with the sub code data on the second recording medium is performed according to the following description.
