Abstract

본 발명은 냉장고에서 김치를 숙성시키는 기술에 관한 것으로, 종래의 김치 숙성 시스템에 있어서는 가스 발생량 측정장치의 구성이 매우 복잡하여 냉장고에 설치하는데 어려움이 따르고, 김치의 숙성정도를 알기위해 가스를 인출하므로 이에 의해 김치의 표면이 건조해질 뿐더러 변색되어 식품의 가치가 떨어지는 결함이 있었는 바, 본 발명은 이를 해결하기 위하여 복합센서를 이용하여 김치의 정확한 온도를 인지함과 아울러, PH를 감지하여 숙성정도를 정확하게 인지하여 김치를 사용자가 원하는 정도로 정확하게 숙성시킬 수 있게 하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 냉각팬 모터(M1), 김치숙성용 히터(9) 및 김치숙성실(3)의 댐퍼용 모터(7A)의 구동을 제어하는 김치 숙성 제어부(11)와,복합센서(3B)를 통해 김치통(3A)내의 온도, 염도, PH를 감지하는 복합 감지부(12)와, 사용자의 노취(Notch)선택에 따라김치의 숙성 정도를 "강", "표준", "약"으로 표시함과 아울러, 보관모드를 표시하는 표시부(13)와, 상기 복합 감지부(12)를 통해 김치통(3A)내의 온도, 염도. PH를 감지하고, 소비자가 선택하는 노취상태("강", "표준", "약")에 따라 히터(9)의구동을 제어하여 김치가 요구된 만큼 숙성되게 제어하는 마이크로 컴퓨터(14)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 김치숙성 제어 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복합감지부(12)의 복합센서(3B)는 온도, 염도, PH를 각각 검출하는 각각의 센서를 일체형으로 하여 김치통(3A)에 넣을 수 있게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 김치숙성 제어 시스템.
