Abstract

본 발명은 공업용로보트에 사용되는 직선이동장치에 관한 것으로서, 감속을 행하기 위한 종래의 구성에서는 복잡하게 되고 총합로스트모우션이 증대한다는 문제점을 해결하고, 염가이며 간단한 구성, 또추력이 증가, 위치 정밀도가 향상하고 또한 높은 감속비를 얻는것이 가능한 직선이동장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서 평행하게 배치된 축(12a),(12b)이 있고, 축(12a)에는 구동용모터(11), 구동풀리(13)가, 축(12b)에는 아이들러풀리(14)가 각각 결합되어 있고, 구동풀리(13)와 아이들러풀리(14)의 사이에 엔들리스벨트(15)를 가설하고, 일체적으로 형성된 직경이 다른 이동풀리(16a),(16b)를 엔들리스벨트(15)의 전진로부분에서 직경이 다른 이동풀리(16a)와 당접하고, 엔들리스벨트(15)의 복귀로부분에서 직경이 다른 이동 폴리(16b)와 당접하도록, 구동풀리(13)와 아이들러풀리(14)의 중간부에 설치한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 있어서의 직선이동장치의 구성도, 제2도는 본 발명의 실시예에 있어서의 직선이동장치의 엔들리스벨트(15)의 이동량과 슬라이더(17)의 이동량의 비에 대한설명도, 제3도는 감속기능을 가지지 않은 종래의 직선이동장치의 구성도, 제4도는 감속기능을 가진 종래의 직선이동장치의 구성도.

Claims (3)

  1. 2개의 축의 한쪽에는 구동용 모터와 구동풀리를, 다른쪽에는 아이들러풀리를 각각 결합하고, 상기 구동풀리와 상기 아이들러풀리의 사이에 엔들리스벨트를 가설하고, 일체적으로 형성된 직경이 다른 이동풀 리가, 상기 엔들리스벨트의 전진로부분에서 상기 직경이 다른 이동풀리의 한쪽과 당접하고, 상기 엔들리스벨트의 복귀로부분에서 상기 직경이 다른 이동풀리의 다른쪽과 당접하도록, 상기 구동풀리와 상기 아이들러풀리의 중간부에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 직선이동장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 엔들리스벨트가 엔들리스형상의 톱니부착벨트인 것을 특징으로 하는 직선이동장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 직경이 다른 이동풀리가 경사지게 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선이동장치.
