본 발명은 전자동 세탁기에 있어서 인버터(Inverter)에 의해 구동이 제어되는 모터의 축과 펄세이터(Pulsator)의 축을 일직선상의 1축 구조로 형성하되 모터는 상부에 차동감속기어 장치(planetary gear drive)를 일체형으로 한 기어드 모터(Geared motor) 형태로 구성하고 그 상부에는 클러치 조립체 및 브레이크 조립체를 차례로 축설하여 모터의 동력이 직접전달되는 상태에서도 세탁 및 탈수행정에 따른 동력절환이 원활히 되게 하므로서 동력손실을 최대한 줄여 낮은 출력의 소형모터 사용이 가능토록 하면서도 무게 중심의 편심등을 해소하고 동력 전달장치를 최소화하여 세탁기를 경량화 할수 있도록 한 발명에 관한 것으로서 세탁조(1)의 스핀축(3) 내부에 펄세이터(2)의 주축(4)이 설치된 것에 있어서 스핀축(3)에는 제동부로서 브레이크 드럼(5)을 출설하고, 그 하부에는 클러치부로서 외주면에 괘지구(7)가 걸려있는 래칫(6a)을 형성하고 내부에 스프링 밴드(8)와 블록(9)이 형성된 스프링 클러치(6)를 축설하며, 그 하부에는 차동감속 기어부로서 선기어(10), 유성기어(11), 내기여(12)로 형성하되 선기어(10)는 주축(4)과 일직선으로 위치된 모터(15)의 축(16)에 설치하고 내기어(12)은 하우징(14)에 고정 시키며 유성기어(11)의 상측 캐리어(13)를 주축(4) 하단에 축설하여 주축(4)과 모터(15)의 축(16)이 1축 구조로 형성된 것이며, 모터(15)에는 인버터(17)를 연결하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자동 세탁기의 다이렉트 구동장치.The present invention is to form a one-axis structure of the axis of the motor and the pulse of the pulsator (Linear) in a fully automatic washing machine is controlled by an inverter (Inverter), the motor has a differential gear drive (planetary gear drive) on the top It consists of a geared motor in one-piece form, and the clutch assembly and the brake assembly are arranged on top of each other so that the power loss can be smoothly changed according to washing and dehydration operation even when the power of the motor is directly transmitted.
